This pub occupies a prime position overlooking Barnes Green and its pond. The front of the building is attractive but when the sun is out on the Sun Inn its tables are not ample to supply the demand, however a makeshift side area has been built for the demand. Inside there’s an older world feel to it in terms of style, but remains comfortably modern. The bar area at the front is small but offers a cosy feel. The main seating areas are to the rear which is also served by a bar section and food is one of the main attractions, as well as the choice of ale and lagers. This pub gets bus so ordering can be difficult.

Lovely little place in a very quaint location. I was very surprised by their selection of beers on draught, including Sierra Nevada and local micros.
They had a wide selection of US, European and English beers available in bottles too. Reasonable prices, especially on food, which was good too. Found the crisps a little pricey!
