Easy to find location on College. Parking in front. Clean remodeled warehouse with tasting cooler in the front of building and taped area with tables in the front. Freindly staff and tasting of the 6 to 9 beers on tap. Good selection and above average brews. I went on Friday for the free tastings and $5 growler fills and would recommend as a must stop location.

Visited on a Saturday afternoon and took the second tour. The tour itself was basically like any other brewery tour. Would have liked to be able to carry a bigger beer than just a sample. They don’t sell drafts, but give free samples of whatever’s on tap; there were 3 regulars and 4 rotators when we visited and we got 6 drink tickets overall. The lines for pours moved quickly because they were so well staffed. Growler pours are cheap at $6.50 and 4-packs of cans are $11 or so. Tons of merch available. No food. Tour and 6 samples for free- that’s great.

An industrial brewery with an industrial tap room that is always packed. A good number of taps that rotate fairly frequently. Everyone there is friendly and helpful and prices are more than fair. Worth a stop for a growler and a sample or two.

Indy’s biggest brewery, but definitely not their best tasting room. Big open industrial-like layout with free tasters, but limited hightop seating and a fairly limited selection of brews, especially for this brewery. It was worth a stop, but didn’t live up to my expectations.

Large warehouse but still a nice feel to the place. Got there late on Saturday about 10 minutes after they closed but they still let me in for a growler fill. Great beers and great service. Will be a regular. Incredibly easy to find and convenient.

All of their beer that I’ve tried has been real good. A good group of guys that always seems willing to stop and chat for a bit. $5 growler fills on Fridays!!!

Checked out the tap room for the 1rst time today. Great space they have here. Even got a sneak peek at the new barrel & canning facility thanks to Dave (big thanks for the sneak preview sample of BT Timmie on cherries!) Great experience, was already a fan of the brewer now a big fan of the destination as well. Definately worth checking out. Note: no kids, have ID ready they card 100% at the door.

I visited Sun King at the beginning of November a couple months back. There was a tailgate party going on in their parking lot where I shared some great brews with some friends.

Inside the brewery they have a rather large tasting area with stand up tables where you can sample their offerings. They also sell merchandise. It was pretty busy as it was a Saturday afternoon. But they had the space and enough workers to accommodate everyone just fine. There were regular and seasonal tap offerings. With cans for sale as well. Best value I’ve seen from a brewery because you can buy growlers and fills for about $10-$12 total. Those are crazy prices for the quality beer they produce. But it showed in the numbers that drive into this downtown location.

Definitely worth a stop if in the Indy area.

OUT-F*CKING-STANDING! I could launch into a diatribe about how awesome Sun King Brewery is, but it just wouldn’t do it justice. Do yourself a favor, GET TO SUN KING as soon as possible. Bring a designated driver with you.

Sampled all the beers that were available and was not disappointed. Good quality beers are being brewed here by some quality personnel. I was treated like a queen during my visit as time was taken with each beer sampled to give me a description and then I was asked my opinion of each of the beers. I always appreciate when those involved care enough about their beers to spend time talking about them. Definitely worth taking the time to stop at Sun King and sample their beers. I look forward to making more visits on future visits to Indy.
