I don’t understand the low scores this gets. Yes, it might not have the selection of some European stores, certainly not the selection you get in the best US beer stores. But for Sweden it’s the best you can get. Some of the best beer in the world is regularly available in their standard selection, including Trappistes Rochefort 8 and 10, Chimay blanc and bleu and Great Divide Yeti. There’s a huge standard selection beyond this with many great swedes, americans and belgians, and their temporary releases are very good - although as others have pointed out you have to be here early for the more attractive ones. If you ever want to venture beyond beer, they have a brilliant selection of very exclusive wines - among the best in Europe - and whiskeys as well.

Probably the best and biggest of the monopoly stores. Huge selection of beers, wines, and liquors. As with all the locations, most of the beers are crappy lagers, but there are some good micros and imports available as well. Pricing and service are the same as the other locations.

One of Systembolagets only 3 "Wine-Cellar-Shops", where the really exclusive stuff gets sold. Central location and god staff. Can be quite crowded on release-days.

I’ve tried many of them but this is probably the best Systembolaget in Stockholm for buying beer, with loads of international beer and a decent selection of scandinavian craft beer. Found some great stuff like Ballast Point Sculpin IPA, Flying Dog Gonzo, or nice Swedish craft beer like Electric Nurse or Oppigards. Unfortunately the biggest section in every Systembolaget is the lager beer section, which I don’t care much for. Staff is always helpful and the prices are reasonable for scandinavian standards.

Deifinitely the best place to buy beer in northern scandinavia (Denmark not included). The selection isn’t super huge, but it changes constantly. The prices are a bit high in continental standards, but low for a northern european country. Super friendly staff (if you speak swedish and/or english). Clean and tidy. I stop by once or twice a month, and there hasn’t been once that I haven’t found something good, new, to sample.

Excellent help when I visited this place about a year ago, and their selection was really good. Asked around among native beer enthusiasts who were all pointing to this shop as my best bet as a tourist from a neighbouring country. I was not disappointed
