Very nice cozy little place. Classical music played and walls are full of Belgian beer posters. Really nice staff and imprssive selection of beers and glassware. One of the best experiences I’ve had, ever.

alright, re-rating after second visit. just deleted the old one wause i’m gonna do something totaly diffrent now. first rating was 70 - i thought i went on a bad day with to much expectations, just for the heads up . you enter this place, and its very small. like the place you drink with your club , after you played football (european football, if that makes a diffrence) but realy stuffed up with beerplates, glasses, empty bottles. is it cody ? not if you’ve been to the kulminator or stuff like that ! but its do-able. the lady seems to be the key figuyre here, but i’ve never seen here. the guy... i was reading the menu, he came there. waiting. staring.. if you ask him something, his anszer will be in 1 word, withoud a smile. not dirk( (kulminator) style ( who is actualy and awsome-as-fuck guy once you know him) but realy, unintrested , i-have-no-time-for-nothing kinda aswer. friendlyness? 0,0 . while at other times he does the same things, but with some kind of smile. never expect a real talk here though , nor explenation ( unless maybe the lady , if she’s there? ) beermenu !!! nothing i havnt seen before. all VERY common ( unless maybe a thing or 3 . 3 beers on that big of a list is NOT waaw !) prices are ok. some are rather cheap, some are rather expensive. but in general, this is a normal priced bar. freezing temperatures, no heating the toilets. i nearly froze of my buddy taking a piss. so yeah.. this as number 1 in bruges? over the struise shop? over de kelk? DONT THINK SO . especialy not if you have expectations. its not a tourist trap , cause they ask fair priuces, but definetly not a must- see !

Been there twice on a 4 day visit in Brugge.Very nice small place with really good selection of beers.Taps changing often. I think it’s a historic beer place for Brugge.

A nice, cosy place. Has a real ’broken-in’ feel. They have a big beer list that has all the classics plus lots more (though nothing too crazy). The service is pretty solid decent here, the prices pretty fair. Conveniently located, so well worth a visit.
