Like most Taco Mac’s the food here is decent, the selection is well above average, but the prices are a tad more expensive than some places. I do say that they stock the local one offs pretty nicely. For Cumming this is about as good as your going to get. However, I just moved from downtown so in comparison I just can’t rate it highly. But, if you are in the area don’t let my 74 scare you away.

Visited on a recent trip to Dahlonega -- and this was definitely worth the trip. The place was packed at 7pm on a Saturday, so we took the last two seats at the bar. It was really busy and the bar service was slow, but things improved as the dinner rush thinned out. Really solid tap beer selection with some fairly rare offerings from New Belgium, Founders, Allagash and Terrapin. I had a Centennial IPA that clearly had been on for a while, but other than a stale IPA no complaints. Food and beer were both great. A definite must stop when in the area.

This was my first Taco Mac experience, so I can’t compare to the other Taco Macs, but was ok. The place is well-lit, but VERY crowded at 7pm on a Saturday. Had two seats at the bar and got sketchy service at the bar until the place thinned out, then service was great. They had over 100 taps and bottles. I had Terrapin’s Dark Side, Founders’ Double Trouble, New Belgium La Folie, and Allagash Curieux on draft. My friend’s Founders’ Centennial IPA was a bit stale on the hops, but aside from that no complaints. Chips and dips were amazing; entree food was pretty good overall. Definitely worth the stop if in the area.
