wow, what a beer list, overwhelming in fact. But its clear, its good beer, and there are small pours so you can almost try them all. Looks very big but theres only really 4 or so LARGE tables. so you just need to be polite and ask to share. enjoyed ever visit here

Very friendly waitors and relaxed atmosphere. More impressive is 60 beers from tap: I sampled 20 of them and all of them were in proper condition. Great surprise and one of the first I visit when I return to Copenhagen!

Claims to have the largest range of tap beers in Europe. I struggle to disagree. No bottled beers or food. Just off the main square and easy to locate. Run by a semi-retired Ratebeerian. Deals in some of the brews so is also fuelling the development of international craft beers in Denmark. Dark, woody and wearing in. Not a bad start at all.

Great selection. Modern bar look. A bit expensive but very close to the center of Copenhagen so I guess its okay. I will visit this place over and over again.

A bit modern and soulless, a bit dark and dingy. Can’t really argue with 61 draft beers though.

Ambience is variable, visit on a Friday Saturday evening night and it can be heaving and noisy, with lots of random customers perplexed as to what to choose from the massive choice on offer. Personally prefer visiting during the week after work, and even better Sunday afternoons/evenings for some relaxing quiet ambience with friends while enjoying some great beers.
Service from the bar perspective is very positive for me as I tend to visit at quieter times, of course on busy Friday and Saturday nights waiting time can be longer (especially with some non beer geek customers taking ages to order being stunned with the amount of choice). Also service is not only what you get face to face when visiting a place, but also external communication and attention to detail. Case in point, Taphouse keep their current beer selection very up to date online. Scenario, finishing a hard day of work and fancy some new beers, go to their website beerlist http://taphouse.dk/oel/ to see all 61 taps currently on offer, and signaling beers put on new that day. All beers can be listed by Tap number/Name/brewery/country/abv/type and all link to Ratebeer. Want to see what Imperial Stout or Saison’s are on?, hit the style list, want to see the remains of a recent Tap takeover? then list by Brewery to see what’s left over. Great system and attention to detail.
Selection is a solid 15/15 for me, what more can you ask for than to choose between 61 taps hosting brews from a diverse ever changing line up from the likes of Amager/Evil Twin/Lervig/Mikkeller/Moor/Narpabier/Stillwater. Also expect to see brews from many new up and coming brewers as well you might not of heard much about.
Value is par the course for Copenhagen (i.e expensive to many tourists, but the norm for locals) you can choose large/small as well as small measure tasters.
In summary From a tourist perspective Taphouse with its quality line up of 61 taps is a definite must see while visiting Copenhagen. From a locals perspective who has been going regularly since it opened, Taphouse is still way up there in my opinion with the best Copenhagen has to offer.

Quite new place in Copenhagen, so I have visited only once. At least this felt less hipster than Mikkellers and not so rock than eg. Fermentoren - more like place for so called normal people :) Taplist is huge and ever rotating. Place itself was also bigger than bar mentioned before. Didn’t fell in love during the first visit, but we will see in the future. At least for tap selection is should be checked.

Completely dig this place and its rolling taps. Incredible representation of quality microbrews from all over - Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Germany, Italy, UK, USA, and more.
The barkeeps are phenomenal and CARE deeply about what they do. They are also very knowledgeable and informative about what’s on tap - kind, accommodating and informative.
About the only thing that would be an improvement would be either featuring menus of places that would deliver food and/or allow people to carry in their own. After all, how can one expect to maintain a clear head drinking all the incredible beers they have to offer without some type of sustenance. But that’s a nit since there are plenty of dining options nearby.
