This is a very unsuspecting beer store. It is nothing more than a gas station that happens to have a pretty incredible wine and beer selection (especially for a gas station). The prices are in-line with other stores in the area and there are some great deals here. You must know what you are looking for, however. I have found many beers that were quite old (as of May 2009 they had a few bottles of Tuppers Hop Pocket that canít be good anymore, for example). Certainly not the finest that Raleigh has to offer but it is a good beer store in the North Raleigh area.

This is a gas station/convenience store that also happens to have a very large beer selection. Nothing bad, but place is starting to show itís age. Flourecent lit, no windows. 39 door cooler section with about 10 being Bud, Miller, Coors type stuff. About another 8 or so for sports drinks. Didnít ask for or get offered help s itís left in the middle for now. Shelves in middle are thec
onveience store section. This place must order everything available in NC. Did have a couple endcaps of non reridgerated stuff. Belgians mainly. Small pile of six packs on floor that looked like they had been there a while by the amount of dust on them. Still had some rock creek porter kickin around. Prices seemed to be in line with other stores Iíve been in so far. Food is all what you expect to find at a larger gas station/convenience store. Chip, cookies, beef jerky. Iíd be suspect buying things here for fear of how long theyíve been here, but if youíre in the neighborhood it would be the place to go for a beer geek
