Imperial Stout, Barleywine, IIPA, 6 regular beers and 2 reat guest taps. Big airy place. Unfortunately, the restaurant itself was closed down. However, this is the best brewpub in Vegas hands down in terms of selection. Smoking is allowed and they do have video poker.

What a beautiful place! Located away from the majority of the hussle and bussle of Vegas, I found it truly an enjoyable place. What a great beer selection! The food was quite tasty and the beer was rather good too!!!

june 15,2009 Tenaya creek is only a brewery now. They have some good beers and a couple of guest taps. The guest taps were dogfish festina peche and deschutes red chair ipa. I like their nut brown ale and the chewbocka was good. They have three pool tables, dart board and a few arcade games. The staff was friendly. Most people bring their own food or order from the pizza joint around the corner. Ask the bartender they have a relationship with the pizza place.

Went there on Super Bowl sunday prior to the game. Not sure why people on here say they don’t have a good selection they had at least 8 of their brews on tap and the bartender said they were experiencing shortages of their beer currently as they were upgrading the brew house. 8 beers is fairly reasonable not to mention that they made up 3 taps by having other micro brews available. Didn’t order any food but everything seemed really well priced. Nice little place with good folks to visit while your in Vegas and want to get away from the strip. Heck, I’ll make time to go off the strip to come here again next time.

They stopped serving food but I think it helped them focus on their beers. The 5 standard brews are average but most of the seasonals or specials I have tried have been well above average. Northwest side of town that’s right off 95 if you are making a visit to Mount Charleston and not too far north if visiting Red Rock. Worth the trip if you have the time and a ride.

Decently far off the strip (~$30 cab ride). Met up here with Belgianbeergal and her husband to share some beers we had brought. Upscale feeling (unlike the close by big dogs). Service was nice, samples were free. Not horribly smokey or video poker focused. Some TV’s. The beer I sampled was decent, although I am sad I missed out on the Oaked Barley Wine. Guest taps looked pretty good (included the Abyss). They do NOT make food anymore.

they no longer serve food but seem to have a symbiotic relationship with the local delivery companies. they do have nine beers on tap. two of which are guest handles (dfh festina peche and stone ruination on my latest trip). there are some pool tables and games if video poker is not your thing. though you drink for free if you play the machines just like in the rest of town. great knowledgeable service.

A classic brewpub decor, very nice environment, but still allowing smoking (NV law). Brewery is visible behing a glass partition. Decor is nice wooden meets modern, with video poker at bar. Sampler is available, 6 X 4on., for 7$. / solid guest taps: Deschutes Abyss, Double Bastard and a Big Dog DIPA. Beer is very decent, with a few gems.

Nice full bar with the house beers along with a few nice house taps. Video poker machines in the bar, a few TV’s, pool tables and darts. Friendly bartender. A nice place not too far out of town to get out of the rat race and relax.

(04/2008): Tenaya Creek is located right of Cheyanne Ave near I-95. They have a private lot that is pretty good-sized. The interior features a lot of stone and woodwork, and the U-shaped bar is near the entrance, with a billiards area between that and the restaurant seating. The brewing equipment is in the rear and is visibile behind glass. They have a flyer advising customers interested in a tour to contact the staff. The bar features video gambling (as pretty much every brewpub does) but without the dark and smoky feel that so many of them have. Tenaya has 7 beers on draught, 3 of which are seasonals, as well as a guest tap (Deschutes on my visit). Some bottles are available as well but nothing jumped out at me. The beers are available in a sampler for $9. The beers run from Pils to Hefe to Robust Porter and are generally above average. The Robust Porter and Black Widow were both standouts. The service was good on an early weekday afternoon. The bartender knew the Tenaya beers and the guest beer pretty well. I did not try any food on this visit. Overall this place is definitely worth a visit for someone with a car who wants to get away from the mayhem of the Strip for an evening.
