70 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 8/10 SELECTION 10/15 FOOD N/A VALUE N/A OVERALL 13/20
Visited for dinner on a Friday with a group of 15. Really cool old renovated building in the downtown area of Chattanooga. Easy to find off the highway, bigger parking lot right behind the restaurant. The first floor is mostly the bar area (which is a neat maze of nooks and crannies), with table seating on the second floor and the third floor appeared to be for private parties. There were six house beers on during my visit, including a Belgian Wit Sour. All 3 of the beers I tried were decent. Food menu is pizza focused, though also featured a more traditional brewpub menu of burgers, salads, etc. Service was solid considering our group size. Overall, fun stop.
70 = ★★Ĺ (Locals should check it out, visitors with extended time)
I only use the total score, not the component parts.

Based largely on a June 2015 visit, I have been here a couple of times before. Their beer list is restricted to 6 house beers and, being in TN, these are all restricted to 6.% ABV or less. Terminal manages to produce some fine beers (an no losers in my experience) and good variety within these constraints. Very good to excellent food, including the salmon sandwich and the lamb burger.
Free parking in the rear.

Terminal is a really cool place, and itís right next to the Choo Choo. It has two levels of seating which are open to the brewery in the basement, and a great second story patio. The beers are mostly good, but theyíre kind of boring. Iíve been several times and never had anything that was particularly interesting. The food is very good. I would definitely recommend this place for any craft beer lover in or visiting Chattanooga.

This is a large place onm two levels. I only noticed the top level after I sat at the downstairs bar and watched servers going upstairs to what I assume is more of a restaurant. Downstairs bar was twisty turny, and there were a few booths as well. Large parking lot outside was pretty full, and I can understand why. Every beer was tasty, some were exceptional. Food was tasty. Service was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Brewing equipment visible in a sunken area between the bar and the kitchen in this odd shaped, old, characterful building. Nice place.

Stunning building with a cool wedge shape. Good service, but mediocre beer. Prices are decent, but I didnít eat. Stop if you are passing by, but donít make a specific trip.

We visited the Terminal Brewhouse on a chilly Wednesday morning in February and it was buzzing! Chris had a flight of 6 beers - four regulars, one rotating tap and a seasonal. I was driving so only had sips but I thought they were rather good and the service was very friendly and super-efficient.
The Brewhouse is in the flatiron-shaped "Strong Building", which has served various purposes over the years. It was originally a hotel (and a speakeasy) and was converted into a brewpub in 2006. There are three floors and you can view the brewery down in the basement from the iron staircase at the wider end of the building. The windows on one side overlook the fortress-like terminal station which was opened in 1909 and now houses the Chattanooga Choo Choo Hotel (worth a visit if, like me, you like poking around old stations and railway sidings).

Nice place with a decent variety of in-house brews. Everything was pretty decent, wish they had more than six on tap though. Food was really good.
