As far as supermarkets in the UK go, Tesco by far has the best selection of foreign beers and have to be respected to an extent for bringing on board a lot of these imports which is helping the mainstream palate develop... I remember tesco before they got on board with the imports and there is no comparison. Quite a handy place to pick up some decent beers, though I wouldn’t restrict myself to it... support local shops as much as you can.

Small supermarket with a small fairly uninteresting bottle beer range.

Pretty good selection for a super market. Several quality imports and domestic beers available at a pretty good price.

One of the best Tesco branches I have found for beer. Great selection spanning UK, US, Belgium and beyond. Good prices. If you are a central Londoner looking for a Tesco with better selection than those more central this is the place to go.

Supermarket - so not a beer place really but they do have a large selection of English ales, lagers and foreign beers, including beer from Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, USA.

I’m not a big fan of supermarkets when it comes to beer. However this one always seems to carry a decent range and often gets the latest stuff in no doubt because of its size. Usually also has the likes of Rebellion and Loddon to represent local breweries. Its ok.

No reason to go here for beer, but the food range is splendid. Haggis pizza in the freezer. Stock up on snacks here, buy your beer in the off-licence just up the road!

OK it is just a supermarket but it does have a fantastic selection of local, national and international ales. It is the only place walking distance from my home that has a decent variety of bottled beers.
