World class 3-barrel brewery. Awesome guest draft and bottle list. Kung Fu and ski movies...the coolest menís bathroom youíve been in...the best Thai {fusion} food this side of Woodside, Queens....really cool staff and great service. Adds up to probably one of the most unique beer spots anywhere and now one of my favorites anywhere.. So much so that Iíve been the past 3 consecutive nights, am going in a few minutes, and will go again tomorrow before leaving Jackson until my next ski vacation. I would come just for the food and vibe even if there was no good beer. Thankfully Iíve been drinking extremely well nightly. The 20 draft lines are ~half theirs and world class when it comes to brew pubs. The rest of the list seems like a personal and not entirely regional line-up that didnít have a bad thing on and had a couple serious gems Itís spot on for beer geeks and non-beer geek locals alike. Prices are reasonable considering itís in a ski town. Iíve not had better or more personable service in a long time. They sat cute girls next to me on purpose...since I was on a solo ski trip. I could go on... Wings...Drunken Noodles...thai burger....curry...this menu or what ends up on your plate is not the usual Thai take out or brew pub grub standards. This would blow up if in NYC. No question. The only reason I give it a 9 is because Iíve eaten at Birch & Barley, Luksus at Torst, and Eleven Madison as beer spots.

Open, colorful and restrained quirky. Indoor and outdoor seating. Attentive staff. There were something like fifteen or eighteen of their own (Melvin) beers on tap, with mouthwaterly eclectic and creative desriptions. We had four, and they were all very good to excellent. Some guest beers and top notch imports also available. We ate Thai sliders, Drunken Noodles, and Pad Thai... outstanding! A little pricey, but worth it. The BEST beer/food destination in Jackson.

This was a surprise and a great find. The brewer from Pizza Port. They got the right man and some great brews. I had a few and they where rocking. The food is typical Thai and pretty damn yummy. Loved this place was close to town just on the back side of the square so it was close. Try the beers, spring rolls and you will have a blast. This is a great new addition to Jackson Hole area.

Great place! Very good thai food (we had fresh spring rolls and pad thai) and a nice, varied selection of beer. On bottle, they had a number of good ones, including Westmalle dubbel and tripel, three of Sierra Nevadaís 30th anniversary editions, a few good DeSchutes and Rogues etc. Their own beer on tap, however, is the main reason to visit. The Colossal IPA was a quite good IPA, and the Regulators black american lager (brewed in Chico by Sierra Nevada) was very good with almost a smoke beer touch to it. Very good and knowledgeable waitress and excellent service all through.

Stopped here for drinks and dinner with my niece and wife. Tried several beers in our party, the two IPAís they had on tap, the dubbel, dopplebock, and the Heffe. Everyone was happy with the beer, and the food was FANTASTIC. Gotta make one more stop before we leave to try the DIPA. The only thing I wish, is that they had some kind of sampler to offer.

Thai, brewpub, really, you bettca! I would not believe it if I had not been there myself. Service was outstanding. the own brews were ok. I had a NB Le Terrior on tap, beat that. Food was tarty and if you ordered the specials, it was downright cheap.

Nine beers on draft, 7 from Thai Me Up and 2 from New Belgium. A wide range if styles represented. Some if the house beers were exceptional. The shrimp panang was seeding hot but very tasty. Well worth a visit.

When I was last here in 2006, this was just a Thai restaurant and not a brewery. I was pleasantly surprised to discover they are now a brewery too. They had six of their own beers on tap plus several guest beers and a selection of bottled beers. he food is very good with a range of spiciness to suite all tastes. Friendly people and good service.
