Place is a gem...they have a captive audience with the spa and hotel bullt around the country’s oldest ’health’ hot springs (circa 1870), but they don’t slouch on a account of that. Terrific food and staff and great value...not cheap ($12 tacos to $32 ribeyes), but the food is amazing. Only two taps with Santa Fe Brewing beers. Small selection of NM beers in bottles and a handle of the usual suspects. Reasonably priced wine list too.
