Typical American Irish bar with a few regional beers on tap in addition to the usual Irish suspects. I was here to watch the Women’s World Cup final, so it was packed to the brim with fellow raucous fans. Really fun but on any other occasion would not have liked how packed it gets. Service was decent as we sat at the bar, though our tabs were completely screwed up. I will give them a break on that considering how crazy it was that night.

This place does a decent job of imitating the American idea of an Irish pub, modern style. Tap lost fortunately ventured beyond Guinness to include four local taps, one of which I had not tried before. Food was well executed pub grub, filling and hearty. Service was good, as I was the only one in the place at Monday lunch time. Not sure if they had a lot, I parked on the street a couple of blocks away, since they’re on a pretty busy intersection. OK if passing through.

Not a bad place, worth stopping by if you’re in the area. Live Irish music on Friday and Saturday nights.

I have been to The Been many of times, they have a pretty decent selection of beers. Food is great. It can get a little pricey though. Overall I like it.

Been there a few times, usually in evening. Evenings are packed, usually by college aged folk (George Mason is just down the street). Loud, busy, and frantic - people are packed like sardines over in the bar area, tables almost always full in restaurant portion (with people flying around like vultures waiting for an empty table to show up). Beer selection is decent - nothing overly special. I remember enjoying the food, and while the sun is still up, it’s a quiet, nice place to go and relax. There’s a downstairs that doesn’t bother with the pretense of the "Irish Pub" look and feel.
