We have visited here a couple of times over the last two years whilst attending the Bromyard Folk Festival. I must say that I have rarely spent more than a minute or two in the pub as I tend to head straight out the back to watch the Morris. The beer range inside was fairly unexciting, with Black Sheep, Doom Bar and something else fairly uninteresting available however there was an outside bar that was selling cider with 4-5 varieties available, three which were new to me along with an offering from Olivers and also Westons. The sole reason Iíve included this pub is that whilst ordering another cider the landlord was strongly intimating that the outside bar (in particular for cider & perry) was going to become permanent, if this is true then itíll be a very good pub for cider and perry based on his selections over the weekend and his desire to support only local producers. Inside it is all low ceilings and a big screen TV I recall, but outside during festival time it was an absolute pleasure to sit outside watching the Morris perform on the back patio area. Also I must add that at just £2 a pint for good quality cider it is quite staggeringly cheap!
