Nice bottles hop and tasting bar in a trendy location with tons of free parking. Great service, these guys all know beer and are nice to boot. No in house food, but delivery options. Big selection of bottles that you can drink there or take home. Prices are a bit on the high side, and exciting beer is likely draft, but growlers are available. Worth the high scores.

Visited in the afternoon of Tuesday June 23, 2015. Had two flights of 4 each. Big tap list, huge selection of bottles. Open window in the heat. Ask for the code if you want to use the restroom. My friend drove me and we parked a block or two down the side street. Nice service. Wifi available with password. Well worth to hit up West Seattle for this place alone, Iíd definitely go back if local!

This is a wonderful bottle shop in West Seattle, definitely worth the trek. Superior selection to Bottleworks, all organized by beer style. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. The store offers a 10% discount on all future purchases over $100 after you spend an initial $100 there. This will be my go-to spot in Seattle from now on. Highly recommended.

Visited last night with Eugene - clean, cozy, well-lit spot with a nice mix of modern and traditional with the decor and seating - impressive draft list with a lot of region specialty beers, all of which can be purchased in flights and full pours, and most of which can be purchased in growlers - long walls of coolers, mostly single bottles, bombers, and 750s - a lot of the beer is organized by style, which is neat - prices are pretty reasonable, but it doesnít seem like anything ever goes on sale - bartenders were pretty friendly - this is a pretty great spot - kind of what I was hoping Bottleworks to be like - as I commented when hanging out here, "this is like a much cleaner, nicer, superior version of Bottleworks" - I recommend a trek to West Seattle for this spot.

Unbelievable selection. As good as anything in town. And, given the bottle shops in this town, thatís going some.
Beautifully organized. And, given the bottle shops in this town, thatís...a nice change of pace. Itís not that the others arenít organized, or are disorganized. Itís that this place is organized especially well. Walk in, and to your left are the lightest beers in the house. Keep walking clockwise, and they get darker and darker. By the time you get all the way back around to your 6:00 position, youíre walking through huge stouts, belgians, barleywines, and special releases.
And they do indeed get the special releases. They get their hands on the good stuff here.
The prices are fair, for a bottle shop. You might pay less at a supermarket for the more common items (when supermarkets carry them), but you wonít pay less, not much less, anyway, anywhere for hard-to-get stuff.
Best of all, the guy behind the counterís a true believer. He loves turning people on to good beer and has built this business from back to front with that in mind. The beer noob and the beer snob can rub elbows happily here. Cheers to this great addition to the Seattle beer scene.

Visited numerous times in the past year. They do decent events. Regular tap list often something that really interests. PLUSES: store and shop. Flights of everything. Very good location if you are in West Seattle. CONS: no a lot of seating, crowd they attract annoys me. Prices on bottles a bit more than I want to pay. I prefer Beveridge place in West Seattle b/c they allow dogs and the atmosphere is more welcoming and homey. But this is definitely a top notch beer geek destination but you need to travel to West Seattle.

Iíd put this up against any beer store in the area. This place is awesome, to say the least. I canít believe that I have never heard of this place. The price tags are very descriptive. The store is well organized -- itís organized by "light to dark" -- well, in some areas. The purveyor is extremely nice. I believe heís the purveyor. This store has a great selection, and a lot of Euro beers are represented. The prices are nice, as in, theyíre not more expensive than any other place that Iíve visited, recently. Iím going to start visiting this place more often. They seem to have the beers that every other place sells out of quickly. Itís the best kept secret in the Seattle area.

Hot diggity damn. I love the fact that nearly all of their beer is fridged, so they can control the light and temp conditions. The bottle selection is amazing and varied - there is actually quite a few of every genre around. Itís a bit overwhelming, actually, as you need to spend some time here to really absorb the whole collection and understand what all is there. Great stop.
