94 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 10/10 SELECTION 14/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 9/10 OVERALL 19/20 heydean (1) Washington | February 15, 2013 Friendly and knowledgeable service with a great selection and expansive layout. Always super choices on tap. A beer drinker’s paradise, well worth the trip to West Seattle. | 100 AMBIANCE 5/5 SERVICE 10/10 SELECTION 15/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 10/10 OVERALL 20/20 Fantabox (1) , | March 15, 2013| Updated March 31, 2013 Over 1300+ beers in the collection and over 2000 beers including the seasonal rotations. Been a long-term customer at The Beer Junction and will always make this my go-to place for beer. The ambiance and friendly service is what makes this bottle shop stand out from the rest. | 92 AMBIANCE 3/5 SERVICE 9/10 SELECTION 15/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 10/10 OVERALL 19/20 michaelinwa (8) Bothell, Washington | January 22, 2013| Updated March 31, 2013 This is maybe the best beer store in Seattle. The selection is huge, and the owner is very knowledgeable and tries to get all the best stuff that is available. Prices are good. Beer Junction has something like 20 beers on tap at the time of this review. No food is served, but that’s ok since the point of this establishment is great beer. | 100 AMBIANCE 5/5 SERVICE 10/10 SELECTION 15/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 7/10 OVERALL 20/20 Hanuta06 (27) Washington | January 22, 2013| Updated March 31, 2013 This is the best beer store I’ve had the pleasure of visiting. It’s fairly large. There is plenty of room to walk around without bumping into anyone. The coolers are huge and well-lit, so it’s very easy to browse. They have a huge selection and organize their beers well. They have twenty beers on tap and give you the choice of a four ounce sampler or a full glass. They use the correct glassware and sell more glassware than any shop I’ve visited. While I was shopping/drinking, I chatted with the owner and everyone on the staff. These guys are super cool! Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly, down-to-earth, and treated me and the other customers with careful attention. BONUSES: They let you bring outside food in and they have a pint holder attached to the shopping carts, so you can drink while shopping. | 98 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 10/10 SELECTION 15/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 9/10 OVERALL 20/20 Prufrockstar (13) Seattle, Washington | December 4, 2012| Updated March 31, 2013 Easily my favorite bottle shop in town. Huge selection, arranged by style, including a lot of glassware. Most beers carry ratebeer shelftags. 20 rotating taps featuring a nice variety of local and not-so-local beer. Service is great. Prices are typical for Seattle, but there’s a frequent buyer program that gives you a discount on your next order after spending a certain amount in the store.
New arrivals and current taplist are frequently updated on Facebook and twitter.
My favorite part about this place is that it’s utterly unpretentious. The owner is extremely enthusiastic about beer and very helpful. Regardless of your beer exposure or expertise, you will feel welcome here, as evidenced by the steady stream of happy customers. | 96 AMBIANCE 5/5 SERVICE 9/10 SELECTION 15/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 10/10 OVERALL 19/20 Gueuzedude82 (13) Colorado | November 8, 2012| Updated March 31, 2013 A friend of mine in West Seattle brought me to this place. This is easily one of the best beer stores I’ve ever had the pleasure of going to. HUGE selection and very well organized mostly by beer style. Great mead and cider selection too. Choice taps in their taproom and a family business. Husband and wife are always there and are very helpful. I can’t say enough good things about these guys. The majority of beer stores should learn from this one. GO THERE. | 90 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 10/10 SELECTION 13/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 8/10 OVERALL 18/20 AguynamedTodd (89) Illinois | May 11, 2012| Updated March 31, 2013 Visited the place a few weeks ago. The store is on a busy street in West Seattle. Parking can be found along the street or nearby parking lots. The store is very roomy with several wall coolers. In the front there are several tapped beers and a growler filling station. Selection includes most all beers in the Seattle and Washington region as well as other beers in the Oregon/California region. Service was incredible as Morgan was very helpful in gathering the beers weeks before I arrived in Seattle. Thanks for the help, Morgan, and yes, I’ll be back.
| 86 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 9/10 SELECTION 13/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 8/10 OVERALL 17/20 CampesinoTino (71) Seattle, Washington | March 8, 2012| Updated March 31, 2013 Excellent selection of beers from Seattle and Washington along with plenty from surrounding states. Looking forward to visiting the new location and seeing what beers they’ll have on tap. | 90 AMBIANCE 3/5 SERVICE 10/10 SELECTION 14/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 10/10 OVERALL 18/20 jbland21 (4) Seattle, Washington | February 26, 2012| Updated March 31, 2013 I’m here two or three times a week picking up bottles and have yet to be disappointed. Although the space is small, it more than makes up for it with selection and quality. They will be moving to a new, larger location several blocks away pretty soon so they will have plenty of space to spread their wares out a bit. | 96 AMBIANCE 5/5 SERVICE 10/10 SELECTION 14/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 7/10 OVERALL 19/20 SeattleRunner (1) , | December 31, 2011| Updated March 31, 2013 Great selection, excellent service, and a very good atmosphere to learn about and try new beers. |
