Darren and the staff at the Beer Store are setting the example in the Bucks County area for great service, great beer, and most importantly, an excellent selection. I’ve been to the Beer Store 4 or 5 times now, and I’ve walked away more than impressed each time. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and like another review stated, are very open to suggestions from their customers. I can’t state enough how Darren and his staff went above and beyond with their customer service to me and my 2 beer buddies. As for the beer, it is the best selection in the area. You’ll find your local micros, national micros, belgians, and a small macro selection. Prices are reasonable on most items, but expect to pay a little bit more for the more rare and limited edition bottles in the store. You can’t knock the prices for the limited edition stuff - you’re paying for something that isn’t easy or cheap for the store to get. All in all, I would recommend this place to anyone looking to buy great, quality beer in the area, and I look forward to many return visits.

Visited on June 5, 2012. Hands down the best beer store I’ve ever been to. 16 taps to enjoy while shopping, and they do flights of those. Shopping - over 2200 beers in the store. I picked up Sucaba, Old Viscosity, Deliverance, Red Poppy, and Angel’s Share. Ridiculous number of rare/outstanding beers, beers from all over the world - just spectacular.

If you live in the area - within 100 miles - stop here. There are over 2,000 bottles on the shelves and in the coolers along with ~15 taps. The gentleman working at the time was very knowledgeable about his beer and showed me some plenty of good choices. He even pushed me away from some higher priced "hype beers - he worried more about my drinking experience than selling me expensive beer. I like that. All kinds of treasures here. Go hunting!

This is a new place, and still a bit of a work in progress, but the selection is impressive. The owner Dhiren (pronounced Darren) and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable, honest about the beers, and very helpful. They have a great slection available by singles, six packs, samplers and some interesting gift packages. They have many hard to find beers as well as a number of seasonals and are in the process of adding pricing to the shelves and more shelves to add to their selection. The back has a small bar with a good selection of hard to find drafts and several tables. They offer flights of four drafts for a reasonable price. This is a wonderful way to try some expensive beers before deciding to buy. They also sell by the pint and both sell and fill growlers. You may also enjoy bottled beer from the refrigerators. The small kitchen serves standard, but quality bar food. This is definitely an establishment worth checking out and a great place purchase and discuss beer.

It is on the small side but the selection is very well organized and second to known. They have a small bar in the back with a few taps. A little on the pricey side but this is one stop shopping. Full selection of Port, Lost abbey, Russian river, Hopping frog, Bells, and Belgium’s. Wow I love this place but the negatives are they are a little pricey. The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help and suggest different beers.

Will and Darren are awesome, their customer service is great, they don’t put the hard sell on you to buy anything. We stop in here before holidays and road trips. My only complaint is that they have so much good beer that I walk out with too much beer. Plus being able to drink a pint while perusing more beer to take home is a dream come true!

I grew up around the corner from this place, and visited on Easter Sunday. Wait... beer for sale? On a Sunday? IN PA?!? Anyway, stunning selection, great staff, a tad pricey. Simply a must see if within 50 miles,

First visit here last night with stangger. I was completely overwhelmed as soon as we walked in the door. We proceeded to the bar in the back which had 20 or so taps, got something to drink while we shopped. This is an awesome store. You won’t need to go anywhere else.

I’ve been here a few times over the past year. The selection is hard to top for the Philadelphia suburb area. Prices are high for some breweries but a steal for others so it evens out. The staff could not be more helpful. They are always offering advice, samples, or showing you new acquisitions for the shop. There are a few taps for tasting but selection is limited. They do serve food but i’ve never had any. all in all my go to stop for the rare, elite beers in the Philly suburbs.

Great selection and service. Singles, six packs, growlers, and knowledgeable employees. Must visit here!
