Small shop with 8-10 coolers, a small tap list, and dingy vibe. Service was OK, but the place seemed crowded and unfriendly. Worth a stop to see if you can find something you may have missed elsewhere, but this wasnít the case for us.

Often my fist beer related stop when I come into town. Small shop with lots of selection that rotates quickly in both draft and bottles. Awesome prices and same for the service. I also love the bottle on site pricing as it makes trying sharing bottles more common. Also can bring food in which is nice at 11a on the weekend when you grab a Reggie Deluxe to go across the street.

Small and pretty jammed place across the street from APEX and thus close to many other hot beer spots. In that sense, it is a must-hit if you have more than two days in town. The beer selection is solid, well displayed. Staff seems very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Selection seems a notch below Belmont Station or Johnís Marketplace, but it seems as though turnover would be better than at Johnís. Could not stay for a drink as the bar is 21+.

Cool concept that allows you to buy and browse bottles from the coolers and drink them there. However, I just wasnít feeling it. Too loud, to hard to see and find the bottles, just a confusing scene. With Apex so close, canít imagine coming here.

Boss bottle shop in SE downtown. Fantastic bottle selection. Friendly staff. Nice place to watch the NBA Western Conference Finals.

We ended up here at the end of a sour fest weekend. Great prices on a few hard to find sours. Good prices on bottles. Cool place

This is definitely a beer-focused place, which I like. They have 8 taps, and some interesting craft options on. The selection they do have is really interesting - you can find some cool things there. However, I really wish the selection were bigger. Iím used to bottle shops with greater selections so I was a bit disappointed in that respect. However, all said and done, I really enjoyed my brief time here.

Portland trip Fall í13: Small place across the street from Apex. Went twice while I was there and drank nice taps while bottle shopping (had a Deschutes Black Butte XXV). Remember thinking that all the taps were solid. Stellar selection of west coast and local bottles -and rarities.

Smallish place. A tiny parking area in front. Seats for maybe 30 and 10 at the bar. Fairly quiet and dark and just a bit dive-like. Lots of beer ads, and some sports-themed art on the walls. Low music, one sports TV on. Great selection of bottles, arranged by style. Some rarities, too. Eight taps. You can also buy bottles and drink them there without a cap charge. Seemed like a no nonsense place, about one thing and one thing only: good beer.

Best bottle prices we found in Portland. Great little place that makes good use of space and limited taps. Wish we had tried the masala popcorn, but hey, it gives us a reason to drive 12 hours and check out this great bar again.
