Awesome selection available to drink on location or to take home. Regular events and samplings, friendly staff, fun atmosphere. Took me quite a while to make by "pick 6" selection

well-managed beer store. couple of taps, couple of tables, a teevee for watching things... and then coolers of beer. good selection but not as expansive as belmont station. low-light and good temp for the bottles. I like seeing more stores like this crop up.

Great bottle shop / tap bar. By far the best prices in town and a great selection. Also, usually a good 5 tap rotation w/ a good import and a good IPA always on hand. Good karma in this place, not pretentious or hipster. Also a great place to chat and learn about the local beer community.

Wonderful bottle shop. They have a little taproom as well. It’s seriously cool and is unpretentious. They like to trade. We brought a really rare Chicago beer and literally got a tin sign off the wall. I liked it a bit more than belmont station. Not because belmont station isn’t wonderful. But because they aren’t quite as big and you can chat a bit better with the guys.

New bottle shop, was driving by and discovered it by accident, actually did a lap around the block to check the place out. Had a few samples while shopping. Were headed to Belmont and happy we bought some beers at this joint because it was cheaper than Belmont. I hope they stay in business.

Small beer store with a small but excellent selection. Definitely a quality over quantity type of place. Half a dozen taps which seem to be good each time I go in. The main draw here is the pricing. Easily the best prices I’ve seen in all of Portland. A lot of bottles are a buck cheaper than elsewhere. This is located pretty much directly across the street from Apex so if you’re going there might as well stop in here.

Great beer store, great customer service which is hard to find sometimes. A few taps on and they serve some great brews. This is a good stop looking for something odd. Plus Angelo says to stop here. Thanks Angelo.

Visited on Tuesday 6th November around 3pm. 3 or 4 other folks shopping plus ourselves. 8 beers on tap so we had a beer on the go while we shopped. Good choice with plenty of local OR beers allied to a good choice of US wide craft. Service was friendly and prompt.

Just a great place. Loads of beer in coolers with some taps as well. Grab a bottle, buy it and drink! Perfect service. Had a small guest event as well. You can tell these guys love good beer.

Very well run, newer shop in the SE. Brews are arranged by style which was very helpful. All brews are kept in coolers. Excellent selection of NW brews and well chosen Intl selections. $10 cab ride from SW downtown. Had no problem filling my three travel bags full of goodies I can’t get in NY. Lots of Supplication and Consecration, Pannenpot, but the gems were the smaller West Coast breweries that made the trip out to Beer Monger’s worthwhile. Prices were excellent, service was dynomite. The really nice suprise here was the small bar set up with 5 taps. I would have felt like an ass if I had not joined the guys for a beer, turned out that Chris sitting next to me, was the guy who had built out the bar using reclaimed wood and some locally sourced black plumbing pipe for a foot rest. $4 for a pint of Stone Imp Stout was the bargain of the decade. Nice job guys, keep up the great work. It is places like this that Portland needs and that its beer drinkers need to support.
