Cool place. Just stopped in for a quick beer and a snack. The wait staff was friendly and helpful. Well worth the visit.

I realized I forgot to rate this place as i was reading a trip report from my mountaineering website where i mentioned coming here. Stopped in for lunch and a few beers after climbing Mt Mitchell before running to airport. Kinda corporate but overall cool place with decent selection of locals to rate and food was good. the staff was friendly

Bar and game room setup. Tons of TVs to watch the game. Average selection for Asheville, less local then other spots. If you are shopping in the area then sure get a pint, but I wouldnít make a special trip. Food was great! Nice selection. (reviewed from notes)

Large place with pretty decent food. Pretty good selection of crafts, but most of your basics that can be had anywhere. Ok selection of locals. Definitely had that frat vibe, younger crowd going. We havenít been back, too many other options in town which are much better.

Dropped in to check the tap list. It is extensive but had nothing to excite. Bottle list had a few for me to try. Younger crowd, big place etc. Would have enjoyed in my 20s.

It does look like a bit of an indoor bier garden with separate rooms for pool tables and darts. The bar in on the left side from the Haywood street entrance. They have a number of taps although as others have said thereís a lot less emphasis on local craft as their is on national craft. They have a large bottle list but nothing to rare or easy to find the way the organize the list. The food is solid pub grub. Itís a decent enough place if you happen to be in the neighborhood to grab a pint but I donít see this as a destination place.

stopped in to this huge place 7/17/11.... again, itís friggin huge... and dark. beer list is quite large but less locally diverse than barleyís (where i had just come from). it had a nice vibe... i guess a dive-y, darker, more grimy clientele... so i fit in well. service was spot on.

We saw an advertisement that said this place had the biggest selection in town. I guess thatís technically true. The food was decent, and I guess so was the beer list ... not the strongest regional selection, but yes they do have a long list, many of which youíd see elsewhere in the country. Hot waitresses might make it worth stopping in.
