Large modern tap room with a lot of doors and parts. Empty when I arrived just after opening time on a Sunday, then I turned around five minutes later and every table was full. Decent selection. Worth a stop.

Been visiting since they opened and wow, has this place grown. Actually they started off as a decent size (15 bbl) brewery but back then they only had a couple of local accounts and there were never more than 10 or 15 people in the tasting room. Now, in the new tasting room next door, there are times where the line is out the door and itís impossible to get a seat. Thatís the downside. The upside is that they have 20-30 house taps and plenty of bottles both for on premise and to go. They also sell all the other merchandise that you might expect from a brewery (bottle openers, shirts, hats, glasses, etc).
They dont serve food but they always have food trucks outside and you can bring the food in with you. Theyíre also about a block from a Jack in the Box if you want cheaper greasier food. Parking usually isnt an issue but it can be on event nights. Service is usually very friendly. Prices are a little high (one of the reasons that I never buy growlers here) but compared to their bottles they arent bad.
All around a great place.

Been here tons of times now. The bar is located right in the center of the tasting room and right next to the equipment. A great deal of the space these days is full of barrels, so the room to stand and hang out has been diminished a bit.
The service is always quick and friendly, and the bartenders are knowledgeable and willing to help customers.
Like most breweries some of the beers I really enjoy, others not so much, but thatís to be expected.
No food is served in the tasting room, but there is almost always a food truck outside for your convenience.
Prices are fair, though like most things Bruery, are a little on the high side. But if there are more than one or two beers you want to try, the flight is a great deal. For $8 you get to keep your Bruery tulip and I think you get 4 or 5 samples.

A great place to grab some fine brews. The staff is super nice and provide prompt service. The place was bustling on my Thursday night visit.

Great spot. Loads of taps with excellent variety, including lots of limited release stuff. Prices are pretty decent, and you can get flights/ sample-size pours of the beers. The ambiance is good, thereís lots of seating, high ceilings, a view into the brewery. The staff is friendly and effective. They also sell a handful of bottles for takeaway. Definitely a place worth visiting if you are anywhere near.

(Visited 11/2014): The Bruery is located on Dunn Way in Placentia off Placentia Avenue, not too far from the 57 and Riverside Freeway. The tap room/brewery anchors an office park, and there is a silo with the logo on it which makes it pretty easy to spot.
The inside opens to a large tasting room with tables taking up the majority of the floor. The L-shaped bar runs along the left and rear of the establishment. The walls are cream-colored and there is a large board to the left of the bar listing the available beers. Below that is a stand where tasting cards are filled up to turn in at the bar. Framed labels behind the bar, as well as windows that offer a view into the brewery.
There are around 40 beers on tap in the tasting room, with many seasonals, one-offs and treatments. On my visit they had Couverteur, Golden Orchard, Mash, a few different Smoking Wood, a few So Happens Itís Tuesday, and Seven Swans among others. Samplers are available at varying prices. The beers were all good, and most of them seemed to be in the double-digit ABV range. Bottles are available to-go as well.
Service at the bar on a busy Sunday evening was good. the staff was patient and knowledgeable with our multiple sampler flights.
The Bruery doesnít serve food but regularly have food trucks outside.
Overall I am happy to finally get to visit this place. The quality and variety were pretty much all you could ask for at a brewerís tasting room.

This place is in a business plaza. They had just completed their new tasting room and as a result it is very stark and minimalist in their, but I kind of like that vibe. There is a food truck outside for those who may be hungry, but no beer is allowed outside. The draft lineup was stunning. I love it when I go to a brewery and they have some beers that are harder to find. This hit the jackpot. They probably had close to 20 taps of only Bruery beer and several of it was rare and extremely delicious. I went here on a Friday night and it was slammed. We had to wait around for even standing room. The wait to get a brew was not long though. I was thrilled with my visit.

Very clean, sleek, large open space. Lots of taps and bottles to have samplers of or take away with. The Bruery rolled out the red carpet for our crew, free tasters, sneak preview of White Chocolate, which was very good. Staff was very friendly and chatty. Could definitely see this place getting a little crowded and rowdy. Fully staffed and beer knowledgable staff. I didnít see any food there...I think someone mistakenly entered a food rating. Well, there is no food menu despite what you read. Bottle list was much larger than 5.

Visited the Tasting Room on Sunday and its a very good one. About a 45 minute drive from where I was in Santa Monica. About a half dozen of their beers on tap. Lots of bottles, including some specials, including the 3 melange which I gladly bought for WomenCantSail and another Bruery reserve member. None of their brewers about this holiday weekend. Very friendly though not as fancy as say Averyís tasting room. Good time, reasonable prices.

Stopped by about 9PM with my father in law. The place was a bit hard to find at first, then it became obvious due to the full parking lot and loud conversation. There were about 30 people there on a weekday evening, playing cards, having fun, etc. Overall i enjoyed the experience - they had about 24 beers on tap, including a bunch of tasting room only beers. Decent bottle selection to go as well, including Melange #3. Service was good as well, and prices were extremely reasonable. The primary annoying thing was the fact that they had three taps and several bottles that were "reserve society only" on the menu. Kind of sucks to see a really interesting beer on the list and know that you donít have the "status" to order it.
