Stopped by the Bruery and got a one on one personal tour and a taste of the Barrel Aged Levud from Tyler King. Tyler is a great guy and showed me the entire process and told me about the beers that The Bruery has in the works. The brewing facility is all brand sparkling new and well laid out. The small tasting bar is very nicely done. Overall more impressive than the Lost Abbey or Alesmith brewerys Iíve been to. Thanks again for the tour Tyler.

Stopped in to pick up my Black Tuesday that I was lucky enough to get online. Place was back in an industrial park in a slightly sketchy area, but the crowd was obviously not from the immediate vicinity. A very nice bar and seating area, with bottles everywhere (most of which you can't buy unless you are a society member of course). 32 beers on tap for the public, plus another 6-8 just for Reserve Scoiety members. Bottle purchases available, make your own flights (very reasonable prices given it is the Bruery), and memorabilia everywhere. I grabbed a flight of sours, 2 oz. each. Was able to grab a 6 Geese A Laying and a Melange No. 1 with my BTs so I was happy. Service was excellent, atmosphere was great. Selection was out of this world to the point that even Cigar City would blush. You have to stop by here.

The Bruery is located in a small industrial complex just off the 57 in Placentia CA. The brewery itís self is open and accessible and looks to be brand new, very well laid out and very impressive. The tasting area is located just to the right of the brewing equipment. The bar itís self is on the smallish side but very nicely set up. This was the release weekend for the Autumn Maple and the finial bottles of the Barrel aged Levudís. They had all bottles available for tasting as well as the Imperial Orchard White, Autumn Maple and Humulus Bruin on tap. The Humulus Bruin was incredible to say the very least, this one needs to be added to the regular bottled line-up, itís that good. While no food is sold they did have Belgian waffles and fried chicken for free, the waffles were incredible! The big value of the day was a cheese plate that came with the Imperial Orchard White, awesome value at $4.00. The staff were all very friendly and I spent some time speaking with both Patrick and Rachel Rue who were both super friendly and very enjoyable to speak with. The Bruery is a must if your within driving distance or if your going to be in the Los Angeles area on Friday or Saturday afternoon. I had a great time, thank you to both Patrick and Rachel for a great time.

Great place to stop by and grab a couple brews. Nicely sized and well laid out, easily handles the number of fans that show up. Great selection of Bruery brews and the servers were friendly, knowledgable, and quick. Great feeling/ambiance and overall a great brewery

This place is in a business plaza. They had just completed their new tasting room and as a result it is very stark and minimalist in their, but I kind of like that vibe. There is a food truck outside for those who may be hungry, but no beer is allowed outside. The draft lineup was stunning. I love it when I go to a brewery and they have some beers that are harder to find. This hit the jackpot. They probably had close to 20 taps of only Bruery beer and several of it was rare and extremely delicious. I went here on a Friday night and it was slammed. We had to wait around for even standing room. The wait to get a brew was not long though. I was thrilled with my visit.

HOLY CRAP. Crazy place. Beers were fantastic. The place was crowded to the hilt, but service seemed to go really fast. The guy getting the pours was amazing. Great food truck outside. They had about 20 on tap, and all super, super cheap for what it was. I bought a few bottles and the server gave me a sample of Black Tuesday. Really great place. A must visit if youíre in the area. Really great.

Located in an industrial area, some might not like that, but with these beers, it could have been in a dumpster. They have a wide range of Bruery beers available on draft, incuding many extremely awesome brews that are impossible to get outside of this tasting room. Prices vary from $1 to $3.50 for a taster, very reasonable. They donít have food, but they always have a foodtruck outside. Friendly people behind the bar, a friendly brewer walks around to chat and they played good music, including Black Sabbath, extra points for that. One of the best places I have ever been.
