Joined the RS this year, so was excited to check out the tasting room. Place was packed on Saturday about an hour after they opened. Tons of beer on tap and tasters available (some were a bit pricey though). I still can’t believe all the stuff they had on tap.

Stopped in early Saturday afternoon, and it was quickly filling up, but I had no trouble grabbing a seat at the bar and ordering and receiving a flight of beer. Tremendous selection of exotics that I’m guessing are not available elsewhere. Some of the beer is frankly pretty "out there", but they’ree obviously well-crafted and fun to try. Friendly service, good prices on the drafts (bottles looked expensive), but I wish I had some food to soak up some of the high abv.

Visited on a Friday, arriving right at 2:00 when they opened. Short drive from SNA airport. Slightly dodgy feel to the area around, but inside was really nice and chill. Lots of spots to sit. I set up at the bar. You have to go up to the register to order though, which was a little annoying, but the flights were filled pretty fast and you just took the beers back to your seat and chilled with them anyway. Chatted with two Reserve Society guys, one seemed to be annoyed by people and the other guy was really fun - lots of info about the bewery and just geeking out about good beer. Tons of beer on tap. It is HIGHLY annoying that they have some that only Reserve Society members can order. Being from out of town, this felt very shitty. Charge me a little more for a pour, or only let non RS people get tasters or something. This is honestly the only bad thing I have to say about the place.

I was pretty pumped to return here after four years and see this new tasting room I kept hearing about. As soon as I opened the door I was blasted with a wall of noise from all of the people packed into the medium-small space. Atmosphere was solid I guess. Every single seat in the place is filled, people are standing at every available counter and enjoying their beers. Service was a bit up and down. I got lucky and the line died right as I wanted to get my beers so I didn’t have any wait. The bartender was pretty nice and talked to me for a minute or so before someone else came up to order another beer. I found a small sliver of area right where people fill out their flight menus and made sure I left plenty of room for them, I guess that wasn’t enough room for one of the other bartenders because he about ran over to me to tell me to move over. I moved the three extra inches over and that was apparently enough for him to leave me alone for then on. Quality was solid for everything I tried. Selection was huge, as it should be at a brewery that makes this many beers. I got a sampler so I got to try five of them, most were just ok but I did really like the one. Decided to leave after that as it was becoming even more packed, I am hoping to return again before we move on to give it a more detailed look. Prices were a touch high on some of the beers but they tended to be some of the more labor intensive ones so I can kind of understand that. Overall I still love the place, I hope we can stop in again in the coming days.

We visited The Bruery on 20.12.2013. First it looks to be a typical US microbrewery place, in the middle of an office complex, garage style. However they are different and are offering great, very special beers. They have a round 30 ales on tap! Many of them sour, lambic style - very very good. Had a sour stout, amazing.

Nice Taproom of the famous brewery. Just stopped to try a couple of brew and get some bottles. The Place was packed, service a lit bit slow but the beers, simply outstanding! Had Oude Tart Bois, melange1 and BT. A place must visit, next time i will stay more for sure.

Stopped in to pick up my Black Tuesday that I was lucky enough to get online. Place was back in an industrial park in a slightly sketchy area, but the crowd was obviously not from the immediate vicinity. A very nice bar and seating area, with bottles everywhere (most of which you can't buy unless you are a society member of course). 32 beers on tap for the public, plus another 6-8 just for Reserve Scoiety members. Bottle purchases available, make your own flights (very reasonable prices given it is the Bruery), and memorabilia everywhere. I grabbed a flight of sours, 2 oz. each. Was able to grab a 6 Geese A Laying and a Melange No. 1 with my BTs so I was happy. Service was excellent, atmosphere was great. Selection was out of this world to the point that even Cigar City would blush. You have to stop by here.

Outstanding tasting room. The tap lists/bottle choices speak for themselves. Without a member in your group you will missout on the best draft options and bottle choices. Make friends. There was an awesome food truck outside also.
