THE place to be. Lots of wonderful beers available on tap and in bottles, but don’t go here if you’re an IPA guy and don’t drink anything else. The service was super-friendly, even got a beer for free, that wasn’t even available. We really had a blast here, would definitely like to go back.

Busy on a late Saturday afternoon and I can understand why. That selection of beers available on tap was amazing, with a Black Tuesday, Mocha Wednesday and So Happens Its Tuesday on the list. We found a place standing by a wooden barrel and enjoyed our beers. Nice but slightly loud atmosphere. Would like to visit again.

Fun place to go. I’ve been their a couple of times and place is always packed. You just need to wait in line and pick out what you’re going to drink from the chalkboard. They always have a wide variety to choose from. On Sunday they had the football game on and a food truck that specializes in garlic topped food. Good times.

A cavernous industrial setting with high ceilings and a bunch of brew tanks. Also notable are the seemingly hundreds of wood barrels that are quietly aging the next exotic batches of Bruery beverage. The tasting area was small, but adequate for the crowd that was there. The four course tasting was $2 a person, a good bargain for what you get. The saison rue was wonderful, and the Black orchard intruguing. In addition, they let you purchase growlers and bottles of all their stuff, including Papier (1st anniversary release). I will be back.

Visited this brewery twice during my 3 week stay in the OC for work and had a blast both times. I had tried a few of their brews before in my local tasting group and was looking forward to sampling everything I could. The bartenders were pretty nice and even opened a couple of bottles up for me to try since those beers weren’t currently on tap. I ended up taking home a bottle of Tart of Darkness and their 3rd Anniversary brew to age. Very cool little tasting room in the middle of their brewery. Lots of barrels aging beer along the wall. For $8 you get five 2oz tasters and can take home the Bruery glass they’re served in. A must stop if you’re ever in Orange County.

My only visit thus far was during the 1st anniversary party, but the staff was very courteous and the selection was very impressive compared to most other brewery tap rooms. Lots of small batch, tap-only stuff available. I don’t know what to say about ambiance. It’s a warehouse-styled brewery, but the sampling bar area is somewhat cozy. Kinda makes me wish I lived closer.

Visited with the bus tour on RBSG. Nice, fresh interior, good amounts of taps and lots of bottles. They treated us to a beer flight each and a taste of White Chocolate, really nice of them. Beers were great, as predicted.

Great taproom with plenty of seating. You can sample quite a few beers that aren’t bottled. Laid-back atmosphere and great staff, what’s not to love?

Lots of taps and bottles in this new, comfortable, chill bar. All kinds of wild things on tap, and bottles I couldn’t even look at. The Bruery is getting better too. Some beers still bad, but others wonderful. I loved it.

Your standard warehouse location of the brewery, but once inside this is different with all the barrels stacked against one wall - just watching the barrels and thinking of the beers maturing makes your teeth water. But then hit the bar that is set right next to the brewery and you can taste some of the delights before buying some to extend the enjoyment of the visit. JohnC helped us get in on an otherwise closed Monday - thanks. I would have hated to miss this.

One of my favorite places to drink for sure. A nice rustic setting inside a otherwise grim OC business parkway. When not crowded, you can take in the whole ambiance. You smell Co2 and hops coming from the blow off, spent grain and candi sugar all over the place. Chill ipod play list, and folks sincerely interested in the beer in their hand. No real seating, you could sit at the small bar, or gather around a wooden barrel with your party. Steph, Brian, and the rest of the crew, including head brewer Tyler are prompt, polite, and you couldn’t ask anything more than that. The selection most of the time rocks, unless they kick a keg you’ve been dying to try. You also get to try beers that most of the world wish they could get on tap. The prices are great for premium craft beer for both glass and growler. I will note their bottled offerings are slightly more expensive than their retail counterparts. Makes sense not to undercut your retailers! Overall, a great place to have a beer.
