Stopped in here this past weekend while in town for the HF Festival. I have wanted to check this place out since my first visit to the area, I made sure we stopped in this time.
Atmosphere is awesome. Beautiful outdoor areas, a patio out front and beer garden out back, to go along with the nice interior space. Drafts written on chalk boards above the bar and the bottle list in a leather bound book. Quality was top notch. All of out beers came in the correct glasses and the food could not have been better. Service was excellent. Our bartender was great, he talked to us quite a bit and helped us out whenever he could. Selection was great. They had all kinds of things on draft, most notable being Double Sunshine! We grabbed a bottle of De Ranke Kriek to round things out, making for an excellent desert. Food was the highlight for me. I got the beef burger with all the fixings and it was perfectly cooked and tasted excellent. Prices were a little high on the drafts and food but I am more than willing to pay for quality such as this.
Overall one of the best places I have visited in Vermont to date. I will definitely return in the future.

Ambiance: Slightly rustic, slightly like a chain restaurant. Doesn’t look like it costs.
Service: Bartender was decent, but the hostesses were a bit snotty and the waitress didn’t do much to make us feel welcome. I got an air of pretension here.
Selection: Before the Founders event there was a nice mix on tap.
Food: Way overpriced. The only thing that impressed were the fries.
Value: The beer was priced decently, but the food was largely overpriced.
Overall: It’s worth stopping in here, maybe you’ll have a better time than me, but I didn’t really enjoy my time here.

Popular bar and restaurant with a great tap selection of mostly VT breweries. I came by a few times during the week and due to the general busy vibe here service was OK but on the slower end. It’s worth trying the food as it’s decent fare such as burgers, soups and cheese boards. The tap selection is excellent with a couple of Hill Farmstead, Lawson’s and Lost Nation to choose from amongst other interesting offerings. There’s also a fun bottle list to peruse and like most bars in the area there’s fresh cans of Heady Topper in the fridge too. On a nice day, enjoy the outside patio.

This is a great place to hang out after work, it seems. My first impression is that this is like a brighter-lit Zero Gravity with a larger tap selection. Very clean, spacious bar, wonderfully priced vintage beers, and a good spirit menu. I didn’t order any food, but their burgers and salads sure looked tasty. Will have to go here for Lunch at some point.

Ate here for dinner. Sat at the bar. Staff was friendly and efficient. Tap menu had HF, Lawson, heady in can, all the way to a German Eisbock. Beer prices were in line with other places, food prices were high but the quality of food was excellent. I had a great burger. Ambiance was decent. Solid place.

Restaurant with nice sort of modern decor. Staff was unbelievably friendly and server was very knowledgeable. Great draft selection with 6 oz. pours available. Nice bottle list. Food was great, although certain items were a tad expensive. Really awesome.

Great place for lunch or dinner. Downstairs in the winter is the best - just enter through the door in the hallway before you get to the hostess/seating check-in area. Great food and great beer. Staff is super knowledgeable about beer selections.

It’s not cheap and can get loud especially downstairs. Selection is top notch, always has great beer from both VT and other highly regarded breweries.

Really great place. The beer menu is amazing. Heady Topper available in can anytime, great selection of Hill Farmstead, Ballast Point, some Quebec beer, etc. The biggest issue we had is the waiting time. We waited around 2 hours to get seated. Spent some time at the bar downstairs where it was way too crowdy even though there is a maximum of guests.
