Great place in the heart of downtown Burlington. Nice variety tap list as well as bottle selection. Managed to get a few Hill Farmsteadís as well as Pannepot Reserve 2009. Food is great too and the place is packed.

Arrived here fairly late on a Friday evening after a weekís vacation driving thru the Canadian Maritimes & Quebec sampling beer. This place was high on my list of places to visit but when we were told the wait for a table to eat was 1 1/2 hr my family almost bailed. That was when they explained we could eat in the courtyard if we could find a table (we did) and didnít mind doing our own ordering at the outside bar.(we didnít). First thing I did was order a can of Heady Topper,,,stupid move...shouldíve ordered the time I went back for a second their stock had run out...LOL! Of course there were plenty of great beers to choose from and I made a serious dent in a number of local beers (Hill Farmstead, etc.). The family and I thoroughly enjoyed the food (I had an excellent burger) and atmosphere. We met and talked to some great people...lotís of beer conversations of course. The service was very good even with the crowd. Family had a great time...I loved the selections...I will be back next chance I get. I highly recommend this place...worth going out of your way for.

More of a family restaurant, staff doesnít have enough knowledge to serve or to propose the beer I need.

Stopped in here this past weekend while in town for the HF Festival. I have wanted to check this place out since my first visit to the area, I made sure we stopped in this time.

Atmosphere is awesome. Beautiful outdoor areas, a patio out front and beer garden out back, to go along with the nice interior space. Drafts written on chalk boards above the bar and the bottle list in a leather bound book. Quality was top notch. All of out beers came in the correct glasses and the food could not have been better. Service was excellent. Our bartender was great, he talked to us quite a bit and helped us out whenever he could. Selection was great. They had all kinds of things on draft, most notable being Double Sunshine! We grabbed a bottle of De Ranke Kriek to round things out, making for an excellent desert. Food was the highlight for me. I got the beef burger with all the fixings and it was perfectly cooked and tasted excellent. Prices were a little high on the drafts and food but I am more than willing to pay for quality such as this.

Overall one of the best places I have visited in Vermont to date. I will definitely return in the future.

Arrived at 130, which was bad timing on a Thursday, super crowded with a 30+ minute wait. Plan accordingly, clears out around 230. The decor had a generic diner feel, just didnít get it, a locals hang out for sure. Local tap list of roughly 20 beers including Edward and Double Sunshine, plus newer hyped beers like Mango Magnifico. Beer selection great, the rest was ok. Service was nice and into beer, but so busy, it was slow and disjointed. The food was fresh, go with a meat plate. This is a most stop due to the beer, time it right and only be prepared for a snack not a full meal.

Best place in the city. Great taplist, food is tremendous. A bit pricier but quality is rarely free. Mac and cheese is the best anywhere. The big three are usually here on tap or in cand. Deadly cellar selection, lots of out of state and imports on tap. I could spend hours here.

Loved this place! Beautiful and welcoming. Sat at the bar and ordered many beers from their amazing selection of craft beers. Also loved the option of half or whole sized drinks. Food smelt amazing, but unfortunately didn't get anything to eat. Service was quick and friendly. Definitely worth stopping in and checking out.

Enjoyed quite a few half pours of the interesting selections they had on offer here. The beer garden is a fantastic place to hangout, if it isnít being ruined by New Yorkers. The food I had here was great and the vibe is pretty fun. I think for beer geeks the draw will be the tap list at the time, but itís a nice place to hang and is family friendly (I canít believe Iím starting to incorporate that in my evaluations of places!).

This place is indeed a must if you are in the area with a great beer menu. Hill Farmstead, Heady, Alesmith and a bunch of other were available. The food was the real kicker though with super great juicy hamburger with fresh local blue cheese. My kidís mac and cheese and shrimp tacos were also excellent. Service was excellent and prices were fair for the quality of food and drinks.

Very popular stuff, limited booking possibilities and otherwise, just get a buzzer and wait for your turn. An old McDonals improved for the best with the best beer selection in Burlington, especially now that Flatbread has abandonned the guest stuff. Centrally located, featuring lots of rarer bottles for those who are not satisfied with the already very good tap list. Attentive staff. The food is very good, but not quite as killer as some people make it and not particularly cheap. I mean, Iím always satisfied, but never really impressed considering the popularity and general goodness of Vermont local ingrťdients - including the cheeses of which they always have a nice array here. Always one or two Hill Farmstead beers on tap which is always nice.
