The Liquor Store & Wine Loft is actually attached to an Albertsonís grocery store in Jackson. Thereís a separate entrance, although I did see a small door in the grocery store itself. You have to check out separately, which seems to be influenced by a goofy state law or something (just a guess). Thereís plenty of wine in the loft area and a decent beer selection for a grocery store. Lots of regional cans and bottles in packs, some singles/mix-a-six - which was actually one of the better deals - and a small section of large-format bottles. The prices struck me as very high, but I did build a couple six packs for about $10.50 apiece. Iím not sure Iíd recommend it, but I canít vouch for the other options in town. I might try Bin 22 or something like that next time.

A nice selection of bombers, build-your-own six packs of 12 oz bottles and growler fills from several taps make this store worth a visit when in Jackson.

This place looks to be attached to a grocery store but ends up separate. Interesting mountain town entrance to the place with double automatic door openings, must be a snow-thang. Pretty nice looking albeit crowded space where there is limited singles and really nothing except two from Snake River that Iíve had before. I was hoping to see a larger in-state singles selection but it kind of sucks. There is a decent assortment of in-state six packs but good lord are they expensive. Nearly hop free ambers and craft lagers going for $14 per six. Wow. Too much for me considering what they are and at that price how long have they been languishing away here? No way to tell. They did have a growler fill station but I didnít have a chance to look into it as they had all of their distributors here clogging up all of the aisles (including the growler fill area) during my visit. Not sure how expensive growlers will be. I will try this place again for a possible growler fill if Iím staying in the area but I see little reason to stop here for WY brewed bottled or canned beer

October 2012: Pretty nice selection of beer. Several taps. Lots of local micros, and a few good imports.
October 2013: Noticeable drop in beer variety. Not as many rare bottles.

As the name (generically) implies, this plaec is a simple liquor store next to a large grocery store. Selection seemed rather small, but did offer a decent selection of local brews. Selection included sampler packs, a few big bottles, and a small growler station. Prices seemed fair and staff was friendly.

Best place for beer in the Jackson Hole area. Found some pretty nice gems. Not a crazy amount of beers, but some good brews.

The Liquor Store has the best selection of beers in Jackson. The growler selection changes daily due to the high volume of pours. A must stop for the beer lover.

A large selection of wine, a decent amount of beer, and some growler taps. I was slightly disappointed that they didnít have any beers that were not in the cooler. If you need some beer while near Jackson it wouldnít hurt to stop by and see what they have.

Stopped on the way out of town. i had called a few days before and they held the last couple Ivan the Terribleís for me. The price was a couple bucks more than in Boise but hey at least they still had a few. The beer selection was so so. Some PNW brews singles and 6 packs. A very large selection of wine and spirits.
