Iíve been here a bunch of times over the last three years. The beer, while a small selection, is fresh and made of excellent picks. Great Happy Hour. Excellent food. If you want German/Central European food this is the place in Little Rock.

Iíve been to The Pantry 6 or 7 times. While their beer selection is somewhat small, what they have available is stellar. It may even rival Flying Saucer for overall quality. They roll 5 taps; two are staken by the Franziskaner hefeveizen and the Spaten Oktoberfest, but the other 3 are rotated regularly. The bottle selection is good. They carry 10 or so 12oz, and then 7 or 8 "large bottles." The bartender and wait staff have been very knowledgable about what they are serving and were able to steer me in the right direction every time. This is refreshing compared to wait staff at Flying Saucer, who, at times, seem rather clueless on beer styles. My only complaint is that it is a little pricey when youíre not on happy hour. Even then it can be tough on my wallet.

The Czech food is awesome, the beer selection is small, but well targeted. The crap you see on tv is available, but you have to ask for it, not on the menu. The appetizers are so unbelievably delicious and creative... how fortunate for me that it is in the same zip code as my own. They know beer. The wine list is good too.
