This place has everything but be prepard to get gouged on the hard to find stuff. Some of it is marked up $20 to $30 more than most places for the rare stuff. $50 for Brooklyn Black Ops? No thanks.

Fantastic store with plentiful shelves dedicated to beer. Staff roam the floors and are always willing to answer questions or help you find what youíre looking for. Selection and variety are top-notch. Large store which also has a great scotch, port, and wine selection.

A great place to find bombers or try some new brews. The staff has always been helpful and willing to offer suggestions. A good wine and scotch selection also.

This is like the Disney World of liquor stores, at least in terms of the Baltimore area. Every bit of space is used to house the best beer selection locally, all grouped nicely by region. Around every corner is a helpful, friendly, and smiling staff person looking to help you find more for your cart or grab a ladder for that bottle perched atop the taller shelves. This is a once a week stop for me (as long as the budget allows), and the addition of a new 12-tap growler station has made this harder to resist. The taps change often and are always fresh. You will be surprised at some of the tap beers available (check their Facebook page for the latest list).

A fantastic find located just a couple minutes off 95, about 10 miles south of Baltimore. Nestled in a shopping center with some big box stores, this is a cramped and cozy space that seems to have a slightly larger percentage of wine than beer - BUT, itís a large well-stuffed store so there is a massive amount of excellent beer to had, so much so that itís not far behind State Line. Tons of Belgians and Scandinavians (a vast selection of Mikkeler, for example). Especially noteworthy were the Cantillons. In terms of US craft, thereís a fuckton of Stillwater, Duclaw, Brewerís Art, Southmapton, Sixpoint, and on and on and on. Fantastic service too. Looking forward to the next visit.

Ambiance: Well-lit, extremely organized (almost obsessively), lousy muzak. Service: Outstanding. Staff was friendly and clearly knowledgeable about beer. Seemed to have some wine experts too. Even the cashiers were nice. Selection: Probably second only to State Line Liquors in Maryland. Saw a ton of stuff here Iíd never seen anywhere else, and quite a bit of the stuff Iíve gotten from the Rare Beer Club over the years as well. All countries and states seem to be represented. Food: NA. Value: Pretty darn good, especially when you compare it to some of the bottle shops in and around DC. Overall: Clearly the best bottle shop in Maryland. Yeah, State Line might have a little larger selection, but this place is cleaner, better organized, more centrally-located, and there wasnít a mullet to be seen. Worth a trip. Pair it with the nearby Klobyís Smokehouse for some post-shopping barbecue (and they have 20 rotating taps, too).

One of the best bottle shops in the country. Fantastic ambiance. Very clean and well organized. Itís very popular so the stock looks to be well organized. Also quantity doesnít seem to be an issue. They had a tremendous amount of seasonals as well as local and international crafts. Iíve never seen so many varieties of Mikeller in my life.

Good selection here and helpful staff. Organization is a bit confusing - they separate 12 and 22/750s so a single breweryís products are in multiple locations. Thats a minor quibble though. There was a ton of great stuff on the shelves and the staff repeatedly asked if I needed help with anything while I was browsing. Iíll certainly stop here next time Iím driving through.

Visited here awhile ago on trip back from Baltimore. Place has a huge selection, and you can take singles from most six packs. A guy helped me out and made a great recommendation on a porter that I really liked. If it was closer to me Iíd probably go more. Solid prices to me.
