Tucked into Little Five Points, this beer bar is worth seeking out among the funky boutiques. Interior is not too brightly lit, giving a feeling of coziness. The front seems small, but the back has plenty of tables and booths for large parties. The rough-hewn tables and rugged wooden chairs assure you that this is an informal, laid-back place where you can enjoy brewskis with your friends. Beer selection is amazing - over 100 in bottles, and 28 rotating taps, mostly micros and craft brews. Service people are helpful and friendly. Food is quite good and not too pricey - their organic bean burger is delicious. A wonderful tavern, I hope this becomes an Atlanta fixture.
Great draft list and bottle, fantastic food and service even on a busy Saturday. Love the atmosphere and decor. Every beer is properly served in itís glass which is a huge plus for me. If I lived in Atlanta I would be here all the time.
Nice vibe, a bit dark and cramped. Staff is helpful, taplist kicks butt, bottle list even better. Prices in general are pretty good, but the vintage bottles (even those that arenít vintage) are pretty spendy.
I was surprised to see folks smoking here, and that detracted from the otherwise decent atmosphere - a few notches above a dive bar, meant in a good wsy. Buskers in the smsll square in front. Amazing bottle list and terrific draft list. Great staff and eclectic clientele. OK, thatís the first tine Iíve ever used the word eclectic in a sentence, but it seems to fit. Just an OK place, but maybe my expectations were too high.
Shared a few pints here with my mom after landing in Atlanta, GA. From the outside, the bar looks like a tiny, unassuming pub; but the inside boasts a surprising depth, both with seating area and bottle list. The draft selection is enormous, diverse and full of quality stuff. The bottle list took a good ten minutes to look through. I couldíve stayed here for hours if I had help with my beers. Awesome place and a must stop if youíre in Georgia.
Great beer bar, excellent choice of beers and the food was great as well. Iím not too worried about how much beer costs when you have such a great choice. The B.United Zymatore series nearly bought a tear to my eye, they are barrel ageing a lot of their imported beers and they were amazing!!
Best beer bar in ATL. The darught and bottle selection has lots of rarities and gems. the food can be awesome or it can be a let down. Its high end gastropub fare - think veal sweetbread ravioli - that shines when they are not overwhelmed. I have been here during a busy shift and the food got the table cold. I really love the fired goats chees starter, the shrimp ní grits, and the deserts.
Visting Atlanta for ASH. Location is kind of a hippy area of Atlanta, not a strip mall but an old rick setof shops. Long bar on the right side of the place with wooden shelves behind the bar. terracada tile on the flooor and wooden bar stools. the hugh puppies were good but not great. Service was friendly and knowlable. Beer selection is very impressive including vintage stash. world class place.

A bit rough on the inside where the chairs are worn through, but nothing that is off putting for me. Bartender was quite knowledgeable and happy to offer recommendations. Selection is top class with a number of taps and a large bottle selection. Food was solid but not out of the world. Prices were a bit steep but worth it for the selection.
Stopped in on a Monday afternoon. Bar and stools are somewhat weathered, but everything seemed clean. We were quickly addressed, and all our questions were answered. Huge bottle list. Draft list is almost completely seasonLs and rarities. The only year-round beer I saw on tap was Two Hearted. Proper glassware, beer was properly poured, bar tenders seemed knowledgable, would definitely recommend.
