So many good beer bars in such a small town. This place is probably the least interesting of the three, but they are still great in overall standards. Like the others they were tapped out of HF, Heady Topper and Lawsonís. They didnít really have anything interesting on tap. They concentrate on small Vermont brewers, and offer Vermont tasting flights with rules that you basically canít pick anything good (ie no HF). Itís a good way to sample some of the lesser known Vermont offerings. Ambiance is just ok. Service is decent.

The draft beer selection is very good and has many locals and regionals The food is standard pub fare that is well prepared and promptly delivered.

Nice digs, lots of taps, a bit "salty" as far as local clientele goes, decent bottle list. the beer is always changing. Iíve enjoyed myself here but there are lot of locals pretty drunk playing billiards

We didnít eat there so we arrived at the time the bar with the band took the place of the restaurant. Noisy and tavern style with pool table. Beer selection wasnít that great but the price are good. Will come back to try the food.

The third best place in waterbury yet still great. Food is very good. Great burgers. Lawsons and hill on tap, alchemist in cans, about 40 or so taps focusing on vmont and the rest of the us. Great fallback optionmif the blackback and pro pig are full

I visited twice and in any other town than Waterbury I would have visited many more times. It just so happens that Blackback pub across the street is one of my very favourite in the US and I need a very good reason to get out of there. Still, Reservoir has a very nice tap selection, the largest in town and the food menu seemed more than decent, but then again, Iíve always found it Worth waiting for 30+ minutes to have a seat at the Prohibition Pig perhaps mostly for nostalgic reasons. All in all though, I just never fell onto Reservoir with an atmosphere I identified myself to and the competition is so strong that in spite of its almost 40 taps, it felt like the weakest link. Iíd like it a lot anywhere else, really for they carry a nice range of ales and seem to have Prima very frequently.

Close to Pig. Plenty of taps with special taster for Vermont beers to have. Service was good but Pig was notch higher. Solid spot.

Stopped in for supper on a very busy Friday night (HF anniversary weekend). Was quite impressed by the size of the bar and the number of beers available, lots of VTís best with some good stuff from out of state as well. Food was good and quite reasonnably priced. We got really good service despite it being packed with people. Fun times, will probably return.

2013-04-26. Back bar was quite busy on our first so we opted to sit at the little side bar for a drink or two. Pretty impressive tap list, with lots of Vermont locals, with flights available. Not a ton of amazing beers but lots of good ones. We came back the next day and sat on the other larger side of the bar in the afternoon. Staff was friendly, decor is sort of non-descript but fine. Less swanky that it seemed from the website. Didnít love the atmosphere as much as Blackback and Prohibition Pig but the large tap list more than made up for it. Solid bottle list as well, we finished off with a HF/Fantome 5 Sciences. Would come back.

Nice restaurant and pub. Service was really good and friendly! 36-tap line including 18 Vermont beers (some HF and Lawsonís). Lot of "lesser" beer too (ie Stella Artois). Food was good (not as much as Prohibition Pig though, more familial). Price were good. Worth the detour!
