A saloon style pub with plenty of different pseudo-booth area to sit and enjoy on the ground floor of an older red brick building at the bottom of the pedestrian staircase that runs up to Oxford Road Station parallel to the rail arches. There should be a decent range of ales even if all the pumps are not in use.

Fairly nice traditional pub next to the train station, very warming and cosy inside, rock and metal played on the juke box, beer is kept in good condition

Nice cousy pub close to Oxford street train station. Better to sit here and wait for the train than at the station :-)

Conveniently located near the train station and still a bit hidden. Several guest ales on and well kept! Other than this the usual pub selection of drinks. Often have though interesting guest ales on and price wise it is pretty good too! Staff looks sometimes grumpy but usually they are friendly. Place can be hugely packed at nights! Jukebox is packed with rock and metal and somehow this all fits together. Good beer, friendly staff, good music... yea good place!

Choice of 6 casks from a variety of brewers. Also a number of bottled beers too. Nice friendly atmosphere, rock music jukebox. Conveniently close to Oxford Road train station.
