60 AMBIANCE 3/5 SERVICE 5/10 SELECTION 8/15 FOOD 7/10 VALUE 7/10 OVERALL 14/20 imdownthepub (253) Banbury, England | April 22, 2012 A pub in a beautiful location right on the Northumberland coastline, which does attract scores of day trippers and the like, but this is a lovely walking area. The pubs own beers are decent enough and make for a good afternoon working through them. Lots of space outside to drink but still at a premium on good days. The parking is a nightmare, we were about a mile away. A must visit for Ratebeerians if in the area, but be prepared to work for it. | 60 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 8/10 SELECTION 5/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 5/10 OVERALL 13/20 Gethinbeer (107) Musky, Nova Scotia | August 17, 2010| Updated July 18, 2011 Nice pub in a beautiful location by the sea. This place seems very popular in the summer. Not a huge selection of beers. On tap were 2 brewed on the premises and a guest ale. I only had time for one so tried the stout. Not bad but nothing to excite you. |
