Up to 18 Real ales on gravity pour. Knowledgeable staff willing to get you the right beer for your taste. Have a hard job getting a pub in the UK with this selection of ales. about 30 different keg beers make it an outstanding selection.

This place is a must if you are into Cask Ales. Also a decent selection of other beers on tap, and some whisky as well. You get the correct glass for your beer and the prices are reasonable. No music, but sports on TV. Separate smoking room.

My kind of place. Located in central Aalborg. Very nice lineup of real-ales (12-13 casks but only 6-7 were available). Had Aventinus on tap when i was there. Great selection of european beers and english beers. Very laid back environment and friendly staff.

Went here on a visit to Aalborg. Wonderful looks, spacious with a great display of cask ales. Sadly there were only beer in about half of them (but that was probably because it was a Monday). But it is rare as well as good beer. Prices are fair and the service good.

This place is the ducks nuts! They have the largest selection of cask ales in all of Europe. They have a huge selection on taps. The staff knows their beer and gives a good service, even though they can appear a bit grumpy from time to time. They have different pies with sauces as baar food. They have a nice selection of whiskey with a few rarties in between. They have the best ventilation system in town, so you wont get borthered and you can really enjoy your beer. You should wisit this place and you should take a detour for it. It is that good!

Good cozy place. No music though the tv can be quite noisy but hey a lot of English come there to watch football. In general good service but at times it can be pretty dull, depends who is working. Tasty brews indeed with the right glass for the right beer with the right coaster.

Great selection of beer (the only place in Aalborg where you can get beers on cask), good service and a good place in general. The only bad thing about it is that the interior most of all reminds me of the cafeteria of the football club where I played as an eight-year-old.

A scandinavian mecca for a cask-maniac. Service is nothing to brag about. The guy behind the bar knows his beers, ok, but has little interest in the customers. It is a pity. Anyhow, a place worth visiting if you are in the area, and like a good beer. Updated 2011-11-20: Service has certainly improved since my first rating of this place. Adjusted the score to reflect that.

Worth a visit. Perfect, no loud music, no dancing, no flashing lights, just a room with place for a beer-mood. And though...arrogant service..well, the guy knew something about the beers, sure. But his attitude......goes down to 2. 2011-07-16; Rerate: Has only few interesting beers, service even more arrogant. Tryed a burger, it’s acceptable, but not good. Staff had trouble explaning what beer they had, and got angry when we had to use extra two glasses. No new casks open.
