This used to be called The Yard, now it is completely overhauled. Mega hipster hangout with a crowded, jumbled, dark interior with a photobooth, live dj, and arcade games. Cramped, speakeasy style bar with a handful of taps. Given that their logo says Craftsman in the same font as Craftsman Ales in Pasadena and they have a house beer on tap called Craftsman IPA with the same font type logo, I assumed this was a local beer made in Pasadena. Turns out it is just Firestone Walker Private Label IPA. I suggested the actual Craftsman send this bar a Cease & Desist or something similar. Prices are higher, hard to move around. Would not recommend this a beer bar in the area especially now that Commons Ale House is open. Not a great place for getting your beer tick on.

Stoped by because I had nothing to do and they supposedly had 120 minute ipa which they didnít so I had another beer. Pretty fancy restaurant, there food looked good but I didnt try it. Ok beers on tap and some good bottles. Nothing special but they did have a coulple of gems. Pretty avg price. They do have some crazy tasting events, non if which I went to cause its pretty pricey. I wanted to go when they had nšrke kaggen stormaktsporter but it wasnt gonna be cheap. I think they purchase there beers on ebay, like Dark Lord and Westvleteren 12, im not sure, but that would explain the price.Overall, I dont know If I would ever return but maybe I will if im in the area.

Stopped in for a quick beer and a bite. Had ust come from the FO which vastly overshadowed this place... which is def a slap in the face for this place. Too few taps. Too tiresome taps. Only thing the bottle list boasts is a bottle of Adam which they refer to as a sweet porter - WHAT?!?! Happy hour ends at seven and doesnít start up again which is bogus; letís face it - places like this need a good happy hour.
