Ambiance here is typical sports bar/brewpub with TV’s and a bustling crowd on a Sunday afternoon. The beer list was at least eight with an IPA, a IIPA and a porter being the more interesting offerings. I only stopped in for one beer. Service was good, the IPA left something to be desired. This seems like a decent place to come eat and watch the game, but I don’t feel like the beer is necessarily the main attraction.

Well worth the stop if you are in Broad Ripple. It has a bit of chain feel to it, with lots of wood and exposed rafters. It is a repeatable concept. I had several of the hoppy beers and they were solid. Very friendly staff of mostly young women. A few guest bottles, but mostly their own stuff. I did not eat, but the menu was pizza and subs. Convenient parking which is a big plus in this neighborhood.

Easy to find location with parking lot which is good for Broad Ripple.. Freindly young people. Good tap selection and bottle selection of guest brews to drink or take. Did not eat pizza. Well worth the visit and within walking distance of other pubs.

Sort of Chuck E Cheese meets brewpub. Very young staff. TV ads in the restrooms for parties and events. There was some kind of Star Wars event going on when we were there; people were in costume. Very kid friendly. From meals to pop corn to kids eat free Monday (when we went) to toys at end.Food and beer about average. Nothing stellar.

A pretty cool place overall. Nice atmosphere, pretty good food, good beer, great location, and decent service. The brewery is visible from just about anywhere in the restaurant as well as the front of the building. Food is pretty standard pub food with a few unique dishes and appetizers. I highly recommend the house salad! I’ve never had a bad house-brewed beer here. They offer some year-round beers on tap as well as seasonals. Good bottle selection and decent prices. Overall, a nice place to grab some awesome beer and good food.

(Visited 11/2011): Yes another brewpub in the Broad Ripple neighborhood (which is awesome), Thr3e Wise Men is located on Broad Ripple right off Westfield and right around the corner from Brugge. There is a decent sized lot. The interior is well-lit and open with wooden benches and tables. Brewing equipment is easily visible behind glass from multiple locations. The bar is to the left of the entrance, and there are a few TVs. They also have a board listing the available beers. As for the beers, there were 5 on my visit: Snow Bunny Blonde, Beneficence Pale, Two Lucy’s Blackberry Wheat, Golden Zoe IPA and Centennial Martyr IIPA. All of the beers are above average. They also serve 3-beer sampler trays. Service during a weekday lunch was good. The server knew the beers and was attentive throughout lunch. Food at Thr3e Wise Men is solid. Pizza, sandwiches etc are good. Overall this is a welcome addition to what is already a target-rich environment when it comes to brewpubs.

Visited today and thought it was pretty good. Place is owned by the same guy that owns Scotty’s Brewhouse. Five house brews on tap with a bunch of guest bottles. Complimentary popcorn was provided, though I didn’t try it...guess I was too focused on the beer. I did order the stuffed pretzels which were tasty. They do a sampler, which was three 6 ounce pours so that was nice. Staff seemed very friendly. Not terribly far from downtown either.

A great new brewpub in Broad Ripple, Indianapolis! It has a very clean, new feeling with crisp wooden bars, lots of open space, flat screen TVs. The bar is quite large and square-shaped. There did not seem to be many tables, but maybe there is another room I missed. Some outdoor seating as well. The bathrooms were very nice and new (they even had TVs in the stalls!). They had ~5 house beers on tap if I recall (double IPA, IPA, blackberry wheat, blonde, and scottish) - I was just able to get the IPA but it was quite good. There are growlers and bottled beer (guest beers) in refrigerators next to the bar. I guess they have food but I didn’t see a menu. Overall, a great up and coming brewpub. I heard that Indy bars are having difficulty getting kegs of this stuff because the demand is greater than output. I can’t wait to see what else they are going to put out.

I was able to check this joint out last time I was in town, and was very pleased with their brews. They had a solid selection of other folks brews, but I was really there for their offerings. I had 2 of their seasonal offerings, and 1 of their regular line up. I was very impressed with all three. As a bonus the brew master was walking around the bar talking to patrons, and he spent what I felt was well more than an ample amount of time talking to our group. We had a couple home brewers in the grow and the three of them talked brewing for about 20 min. This is an place I intend to hang my hat at regularly when I am in town. Note: I listed the food as NA. It looked like they had a fine menu, and the food was good but we were there right after dinner so we did not same the food.

Stopped in late this afternoon to a welcoming atmosphere. The tables are set up so that your group will intermingle with other groups, which is nice if you are the social type. The beers and selection was pretty good and the pizza was definitely tasty! I can see this place being very busy in the later evening hours. The outdoor patio area is right on the street so it is a good place to people watch on a busy Broad Ripple evening.
