There was a line when they opened Saturday at 4. Jean was very personable and fun to chat with. Very friendly and helped my GF and I decide what to drink. Our 8 growlers were filled while we ate some of the best candied bacon ever! The pickled cucumbers were amazing and the bread was out of this world. Very drinkable beers, friendly staff, prices were pretty high but were from new hampshire so it seems everything in ARdmore was pricey.

Cool small building in a nice neighborhood. Very informative and helpful staff. The selection was limited, with many of the available taps sharing the same style, limited variety. The food, though very good, was a bit pricey for very small portions. The beer was reasonably priced with multiple pour sizes. A little over hyped but still worth a visit.

Whats left to say about this place? Its a very cool space, if a small one, though I was able to find plenty of room on a lazy Sunday (parking, however, required a little more effort). Immediately apparent is the eclecticism, dominated principally by a weird hipster vibe, but on the whole pretty relaxed. Its clear they understand artistic expression, understand whimsy, and really care that their product is experienced on their (high-quality) terms not Soup Nazi levels of tyranny, but evident joy in the specificity of regulation. This is a rare place where experimentation and devotion combine; be prepared, no samplers or flights, and the 4oz servings are only served one at a time (and cost $2.50-$3 each). The glass growlers were $5.30 each and fills generally around $10-11. Food very good (portions are small, locally sourced, foodies attention to detail), beer better. Friendly and engaging people, in general, and service was very good, but the whole experience can be expensive AF, as the saying goes these days. Ill be back!

Excellent brewpub. The epitome of craft! Staff was very friendly and know the beer and food. Bartenders are ready to explain anything about the process as well. HopHands is just awesome. Place can get packed on the weekends. L:poking forward to their expansion.

The positives: The bread is good and the physical building is pleasant. I like the windows that open up in the front portion of the downstairs on a nice day which is very inviting and the industrial chic look of the place with exposed brick and stone, etc. The fact that they offer small pours and a host of pour sizes is a great idea. Some of the beers are nicely made but nowhere near the hype that they attract. The negatives: Not fair to resort to the hipster tag but it is appropriate here. From the owner, to the staff, to the fanboys and girls who slobber all over this place. Make sure you wear a wool hat even if it is 100 degrees, converse, and some dipshit t-shirt if you want to fit in. The food is interesting but HIGHLY priced given what you get. Dont plan on dinner here. The beers are spotty outside of their sweet spot of saisons and IPAs. Their dark beers have been generally disappointing and the last couple of berliners have been drain pours. The growler policy is flat out ridiculous regardless of the BS that they tell you. All in all, you have to go there but there are TONS of place better. But the love for this place runs strong through their fanboys and fangirls.

Great place! Really chill. Food is outstanding! Homemade bread and pickles, and the candied bacon are a must try! Great selection of beers and they are phenomenal. A definite must visit if your in the area or in need of a road trip!

Ambiance - area is very safe, building is clean and very cozy, and the bar is very nice and clean. Service - staff was very nice and polite, and helpful. Selection - its just growlers or a pint there. Now the beer is very good, so its ok. Really would prefer bottles. Would allow me to drink them over time instead of in a short sitting. Food - very nice selection, there bread is also very nice.

What a great spot. Its definitely for the beer nerd. A great bunch of folks behind the bar. They know what they are talking about when it comes to beer and are generally quite willing and eager to share that knowledge with you. The food was amazing - mostly local, all fresh, and very well paired. The bartender was very willing to help us with our selections on that front as well. I left with all kinds of goodies - growlers, glasses, etc. Reasonably priced for some great beer. Well be back.

During my recent trip to Philadelphia I had the privilege of stopping by Tired Hands and completing an IP trade with ReggieDunlap on 24 January, 2014. The staff was super friendly and talkative with the beer being world class. The menu is small yet they offer exceptional sandwiches and finger foods are available. I can rave about how much I like this place but I would rather just say. I shall return.

Probably the best brewpub in the Tri-State area. Amazing beers. Good food. Fancy brewpub fare. Eclectic music selection, which I also appreciated. Wish I could go more often.
