Overrated. Obnoxiously loud music on a quiet Sunday evening. The draft list was okay, but there wasnít anything to get too fired up about. The food menu looked boring 10 years ago and was priced like we were in London. The crowd was a bunch of hipster twenty-somethings twiddling their phones solo. If Tiger!Tiger! could up the quality of their draft list, I wouldnít even think about going here. Major downer for my first Toronado experience.

Pretty clean pup. Well lit, bright wood and paint, big windows at the front. The bar spans two different rooms- the main bar and what looked a bit more like a dining room. Lots of taps and bottles from locals and around the country. Some real unexpected offerings (Rock Mill Saison, for example). The bartender I was served by for most of my visit was friendly, quick with a beer, and knowledgeable. The second barkeep I dealt with had that Toronado pretentiousness going on, but maybe she just didnít want to work Halloween, I wouldnít blame her. A nice bar. Nothing special in the atmosphere but you come here for the beer selection. Worth it.

A bit disappointing compared to the awesome San Francisco pub. Maybe I was here on a wrong day, as many of the taps were empty and they were out of many of the bottles on their list. Loads of locals and some LA brews on tap. A lot bigger than the SF place, though, and they serve food here. But donít worry, youíll get the same grumpy service here as well.

Pretty cool spot, good and friendly service, nice draft list and bottles. I didnít eat here but the menu had some decent looking bar food. A little dark and drab on the decor.

Nice place that is much more spacious and updated than the sf location. Friendly service with lots of taps and some really interesting choices. Music was good and the place was dead late night on a Thursday. Really appreciated the amount of space and extensive tap list.

Just like the San Fran one, except the interieur is much more modern and all the beers are like a half dollar more expensive. Very funny bartenders. Excellent place!

Fun location, lots of great beer places and stuff in the area. Food is pretty good and beer selection is one of the most diverse in the San Diego area. Great beers on tap that will make any beer lover happy. Somewhere everyone must stop while in the North Park area!

Toronado SD is along a street that has some great craft beer offerings. As with the other Toronados, they have a really great tap list. This particular Toronado has a nice staff and is much larger than the original. If you are in SD, you need to come here to hang out for a while.

Handy location that could be in any city. Affordable rent, great staff, lots of beer and a faithful clientele. Have to know your stuff as board does not show ABV or style. Wide open place. Lots of tables and was able to park.

Nicer building and atmosphere than SF. Probably not as hip...but the burgers are good and the beer selection is fantastic.
