Visited 1/28/2011 with lardassescantsail.
Located in a clean upscale shopping center in Orange County. Lots of beers to pick from including some interesting selections and some popular selections. Theyíre learning the ropes and are cashing in on beer nerdís craze and stupidity.
Finding an employee wandering the aisles here can be difficult and while they arent the most knowledgeable about beer they seem to be willing to learn and will have a conversation with you.
My only real complaint is that they put all their IPAs out on the shelf under the lights.
Low prices as always. Will return if I need something and Iím in the area but the one in Brea is closer to me.

I went to Whole Foods so I figured I would stop here as well as itís just back on the other side of the 5.
Large warehouse type store, tons of liquor and wine to go along with two aisles of beer. Pretty good selection of six-packs on one aisle, but the singles aisle is where this place really shines. I ended up getting way more than I anticipated buying, Black Butte XXI, Consecration, Lips of Faith Biere De Mars, Ten Fidy, Victory Storm King, and another Old Rasputin XII.
Besides having a pretty impressive selection, the prices here are great. The Consecration was $19 and the OR XII was $18.50, for example. They also had Mirror Mirror for $10.
While they do have a great selection and good prices, the service was definitely lacking. I do not really need much when it comes to buying beer, but the only human interaction I had in the store was answering a question of a family that was also in the beer aisle and then when paying for my items.

Awesome bottle shop. Much better than Brea location. Tons and tons of single. Plenty of Russian River, Deschutes, Marin, Stone, and other regional brews. Must stop if in the area.

Nice looking store with a pretty darn good selection. They must use a chain based distributor, because they have stuff I havenít seen elsewhere on the west coast - RJ Rockers, etc. Prices are good, not great, and donít expect to land a whale here, but its a good place to shop.

I liked this store. Granted, itís a chain, but thereís a huge selection of California beers, the prices are incredible, and everything is in singles. I thought the selection of non-US and non-Cali beers was a little weak, but if you want great prices on California beers, hit this up!

Stopped in here after the Brueryís anniversary party on a recommendation from JohnC, and I have to say that Total Wine delivered. Think Bevmo but with better selection, better prices, and every single beer available as a single for barely any markup over six-pack prices if any. Probably not the place for any vintage or super obscure stuff, but for anything with any distribution, this place is killer.

This mega store is a must stop if in Tustin (or near I-5/55 interchange). Situated next to Best Buy in the Tustin Marketplace, Total Wine has a great selection of beers at amazing prices. Today, 21April2009, I noticed Alesmith Speedway at $8.99 (10.99 everywhere else), DFH 60 minutes at $8.49 (10.49 elsewhere) as examples. Great selection, you can make your own six pack, along w/ fabulous prices puts Total Wine as a the top beer store in the OC in my book.

Looks just like a Total Wine elsewhere with the great selection and singles they all normally have. I was really suprised to see some of the beers that get out here now. Lots of east coast and midwest stuff you dont expect. Prices are decent

Huge store with a nice beer selection and some of the best prices anywhere. Warehouse style setup with plenty of singles available as well as some harder to find beers like Brandy Barrel Angels Share ($26/750ml). Not much of the beer was kept refrigerated, so I wondered a bit about some of the freshness of the beer, but if their turnaround is high enough it shouldnít be a problem. Definitely worth stopping in if you are nearby.

The latest place for Orange County beer geeks to shop. Very good selection of Orange and San Diego county brews. Huge, clean, upscale store with very reasonable prices for the area. I hit this place first, then run down to Hi Time.
