A renowned first floor music venue in the Calder Valley that consistently attracts well known acts from an eclectic mix of genres for intimate gigs and performances. There is however a public bar here too which is not that well advertised so itís very easy to spend time in the town and miss out on the constantly rotating selection here. Stod Fold Gold is the permanent fixture here now but the other three pumps all rotate and thereís a large pool of craft breweries that supply the ale exemplified by a wall full of the used beer clips here. Thereís also a keg ale option here too. The bar furniture is very simple stuff as thereís a no nonsense vibe about the place, however thereís a pool table here if you donít fancy a seat. They also serve Himalayan and Indian cuisine here cooked by a Tibetan chef. The bar has two sides so whether you are here for a gig, or just to sup the current selection then youíre not going to be disappointed where craft ale is concerned. Members get 40p off a pint.
