Stopped in and grabbed a few bottles. There is a large banquet style table upon walking in, and to your right are the barrels. The bar is in the back and the place gets darker and the music louder the further you walk in. Not too many people seemed to be sitting at the bar, most were in the more well lit (quieter) area of natural light towards the front. The place seemed to have a decent volume of business for being 2:30 in the afternoon in a ghetto area of the city. The staff was attentive and greeted me right away. They had full knowledge of all their beers and took the time to talk to me about them all before ringing me up for my bottles. The prices seemed a bit high, $9.00 for a 375ml, and $16 for a 750ml... Not my type of ambiance, but the service was good. I have not cracked a beer yet, but if it is as good as the service I will go back to buy bottles, just not the type of place or neighborhood I care to hang out in.

Good brewery, really nice beer. Music is niche and its nice that itís only played in the bar area. The front tables are long and provide some shelter for the ears

Metal theme interior. Packed with Denver beer geeks drinking under-attenuated sugar sludge beer. Honestly I could not find one beer that didnít hurt my teeth. They list a lot of styles around 5% which given the American malt goopiness and sweetness level you would expect to find in something like Double IPA or Barley Wine. Alas, the beer sucks but the regulars donít seem to care. And the metal theme? Iím a huge death metal fan, but all I heard was grungy sludge rock stuff. I unfortunately visited during the release of some ridiculous black sour geek beer which was being swirled and sniffed and gulped to no end. Such a beer is a testament to their dedication to throw all sorts of stupid ingredients together and market the release as rare to drum up support of the local. Dedication to mashing? to fermentation? to quality ingredients? lol.

A kind of narrow, long space on Broadway with a long picnic table and bar seating. Metal music, dark ambiance, pretty cool really. They had about 7 beers on tap. I enjoyed the Grey Watcher and the Death Ripper the most, although, they were all pretty good. Service was good and the prices were fair. Worth a stop for sure.

Dark, low lit room with metal music playing and Gothic art on the walls. Beer was rather boring and not ecceptuonal. Service was good though. Happy they had tasters of most stuff and price was decent.

dark, black, sort of cramped, but i dig it. lots of black and death metal decor, i think i spotted a converge poster, too. loud metal music playing, a pentogram over the taps, some baphomet imagery, too. solid. unfortunately, the beers could be better. but, there were a couple good ones (as well as a few outright dogs).

The place is kind of narrow and includes no extra seating other than at the bar. The brewing equipment is in the back and there are a couple of barrels up front with the bar in between. The walls have some various pagan symbols and deities. Very metal, very friendly, my kind of place, if the beer was a little better. The beer styles range from smoked saison to IPAs and a few German styles. Over all they were a bit strange but there were one or two good ones. I could see myself coming back some time to listen to some doom metal while having a beer but as mentioned before the beer needs to improve a bit in quality.

Beer = awesome and metal destroys. Add these two things together and winning occurs. Trve is true indeed. No fake, pansy anything. The ambiance is like being in a graveyard in the forest on Soltice night with a castle ominously watching from a frost mountain. Music here is hardline underground doom or death, but at volumes that still allow for conversation. The staff is so congenial and approachable, probably to counter the "unwelcoming" atmosphere. The tap selection was eight solid beers. A few of which were mild and sessionable despite having intimidating names. This served well for the 90 degree weather outside. They had a solid IPA and Belgian strong ale for more sturdy options. I wish I could give the ambiance a 666 out of 5 here. I will be back. A lot.

This place has a great feel. I would love to suck down beer here all day. The metal music and atmosphere are fantastic. Iíve been here twice and have yet to hear Tool, hopefully that will change in the future. The beers are very good, not great, but the atmosphere makes up for it. Add a food truck and you have taproom nirvana. This is a great place to sit and drink.

Visited later evening on a Wednesday. Located in the Baker neighborhood (right next to the Bakers Commons building). Long narrow room, with a large group table up front, a bunch of seats at the long bar, and plenty of space to stand around. The brewery itself is just beyond the bar. Clean, modern design with very much the rock club feel they are going for. 11 beers on, quite a bit of variety in styles. Good service, seemed like a solid crowd of locals.
70 = ★★Ĺ (Locals should check it out, visitors with extended time)
I only use the total score, not the component parts.
