Tim, Chad and I visited this place on a sunny afternoon to kick off RB-JAG. A beautiful day and an equally impressive facility. Beers were pretty good, their IPA was very good! The food was delicious too. I had the Chicken/Goat Cheese/Tomato quesadillas, Tim had the Jambalaya and Chad a Pita Sandwich. We all enjoyed the meals. This and Popeyeís are the places to visit when you go to Tokyo
Food was great, but overpriced small portions in my opinion. The beers were average and have definitely improved in recent years. The location is nice as well. Not a bad place, but I prefer Smokehouse.
Feels like a great place for a work night out, which is not necessarily a recommendation. Although itís a brewery, Iím not sure itís really for beer lovers. The regular beers were on the whole ok but a bit boring and one of them was terrible in my opinion. The seasonal IIPA was good though. Drinks are priced ok, but the food is very expensive. I hated it for the first hour, but warmed to it slightly as I worked through the list. Still not enough to bother going back though. Many better places around in my opinion. Service was good though if that counts for anything.
Quite a trendy place in south-central Tokyo, better book in advance for dinner or weekend. The design is modern and the terrace by the river is very popular. Food menu is Californian-style and focused on meats. Have always found their local brews (american ale style) quite average but they tend to improve lately. Due to the trendy crowd and chic atmosphere of the place, prices are pretty (very) steep.
I was really quite excited to try TY out, but was soon disappointed. The beers are OK, but pretty dull.
Overall the place is fine, and if your with friends outside on a nice day it can be pretty nice, but nothing to get really excited about. Scores average on all fronts from me.
Huge waterside place with lots of outdoor seating, including a barge. There is also a decent sized bar, a self-service cafeteria style section and a more formal restaurant. Brewing equipment visible from the bar. Just five beers advertised, one of which was out. Pleasant enough.

Brew pub at a nice waterfront location close to the mono -rail, Service a little slow (they were busy though) five of their beers on, the wheat beer was excellent. Food western style (burgers etc) but good. worth seeking out.
Nice harbor/canal location. The beers isnít that interesting, not bad - just plain. Moste of the costumers were here to eat lunch and didnít really care about the beers. But if the weather is good go here for lunch and a couple of beers.
Interesting brewpub located about a 5 minute walk from the train station. It is located on a canal next to the bay. The building looks a little rough on the outside but fairly nice inside. Kind of a style that reminds me of the 80ís. It is more of a restaurant with the brewery as an afterthought. The food is good but a bit pricey, of course this is Tokyo. their beers are quite good across the board, even if they are not top shelf. The beers seem to compliment the food very well, rather than stand on their own. I have been here a few times but tend to go for the Pale Ale as my go to beer. Nice place to check out if you are in the area or are a bit adventurous.
Swanky and wanky. A bit dilapidated now. Showing itís age - needs a remodel. Very much a wanna be upscale restuarant with pretty goods beers as a side venture. Decor is like an upscale family restuarant. All the fixtures are exposed, but comes off looking cheap rather than chic. Located on Tennoz Isle - kind of like what you would expect Tokyo to look like in 2012 had you envisioned it in the 80s, before the bubble burst.
Fantastic canal side brewpub and restaurant, appealing to a swankier clientele. The place is huge by Japanese standards and has a bar with stools near the front next to brewhouse, and then a very long spacious restaurant further through, with an area floating on the canal. I had the beer tasters which were pretty good followed by the India Pale Ale and Dark Ale which were both excellent. Just be prepared to pay for it as this is high end. However, for me it was worth the money.
