Smallish place with a very long bar that we sat at. Very busy despite it being a Monday night, must be a local favorite, the place was full. Beer was dirt cheap, menu was available in english. Service was good despite the short staff and ridiculous amount of beer moving out of the taps down people’s throats. The beers are good, all on the malty side. Didn’t try the food.

Nice little bar that was jam-packed in the evening and thus very smoky. The two waitresses were working like crazy to serve everyone and succeeding nicely. All beers were poured carefully, as is the norm in Czechia, even though orders were coming in at a furious pace. Beer quality is high, on the malty side no matter what style. A nice stopover in downtown Brno.

A very contemporary bar with poor choice of music for a beer bar. The beer selection was good and they offered several varieties including sweet, fruity, honeyed, blonde, dark and more. moderately priced and had some good happy hour prices. Food was average but the snacks/starters were good. Located really close to the center.

Modern pub interior, not hugely welcoming as a drinking den. More like a cafe / milk bar. Beers were decent, particularly enjoyed the honey beer which was available for take away in litre bottles (as are most of their other beers). 2 minutes from the heart of the city centre.

Nice looking restaurant, but smoking allowed. Quite wide selection, but nothing special and sometimes beers in bad shape. Average prices.

Four Richard taps, only tried the svetly and tmave and both were in bad shape. Smoking allowed, as you should expect. College girlies in the neighborhood.

Another location to taste the Richard beers, now in the center of Brno, the other one being in Zebetin, little suburban town of Brno. Selection was very limited for those who don’t feel like drinking a fruit-flavored beer: a svetle, a cherry beer, a honey beer and an apricot beer. Beers seemed not that fresh on the day of my visit. Disappointing because I had very good souvenirs those beers tasted in Zebetin. The place looks a little bit run-down compared to the original microbrewery. So if you have time, do the trip to Zebetin. If not, hope they have fixed their freshness and selection problems.... Food is good though, and very cheap if you go for the daily specials.

Small space with intimate atmosphere. Excellent beer own production, a large selection of meaty and vegetarian dishes. Perfect and pleasant service, the average prices.
