We visited 23.11.2013. Small brew pub in Prag’s touristic area close to the astronomical clock. Nice golden brew house behind the bar, 5 beers on tap (3 pilsner style, 1 Weissbier, 1 Autumn bock), quality above average. Not a must visit, but if close by worthwhile a visit.

One of the best "tourist traps". But they have a good set of their own beers and some interesting specials. And they have good food, although a bit overpriced, but right in the center oif the city, which is good if you have to eat and drink here.

This is a great choice to escape the tourist throng in the center of Prague. The beer was interesting and I enjoyed the food, even though both were pricey by local standards.

this brewpub is right in the old town center. i didn’t find it too cozy really. only tried their polotmavy which was ok, but not very special. the price was quite cheap. didn’t eat there so can’t rate the food. the staff was friendly.

A beautiful place in center of the city. Maybe the best place to have a beer near the central square. They had 4 of their own beers on tap during my visit. Quite good beers. Food was good, service was very good The only thing I didnt like was the big tv screens that were showing sport channels on the second level (first floor) of the restaurant. They didnt fit with the rest of the (nice) decoration

Amazingly right in the central touristy bit of Prague. A clean smart brewpub with a good choice of styles.

A minipivovar on the Praha 1 street that leads off Charles bridge. It’s where I go whenever I get turned away from Zlaty Tygre. Recently renovated brewpub with lots of different styles of beer. 2 stories with the brewing equipment on the bottom floor. Didnae eat but the food looks and smells good. I’ve started seeing their beers for sale in other joints as well. Pretty progressive brewers. It’s very expensive by Czech standards but you’re getting less travelled styles than Pilsner and that’s worth paying extra for. Absolutely worth a visit.

Best brewpub in the center of Praha IMO. 4-6 brews ranging from very good to excellent. People seem to laud the Vienna Red and rightfully so. I also have had a few great weissenbocks there whenever they’ve been on offer, and the light lager isn’t all that bad either. Added to that, some of the best beer food in Praha makes this a great spot. Easy to find close the Charles Bridge (a true gem amidst a lot of touristy dumps).
