nice place. Stumbled on it by accident. Nice beer garden out back.

Well-decorated main room (classy, with lots of hop vines), lively and friendly when we visited. The two house beers were decent, but nothing more. Not standouts in Munich, far from it. We had an apartment nearby, so it was an easy walk for me. Otherwise, it’s a pleasant stroll from ritzy Maximilianstrasse downtown onto Einsteinstrasse.

Wow, a thanks to Jonas for getting us here. This is a nice out of the way Brewpub in Munich. Mostly locals come here. The food was good and the local Munich fair. They only had the Bock beer due to cleaning of the Vats. The place is laid out nicly in the cellar and is very roomy. Would recommend a stop for sure if in town.

Quiet, ample and semi-traditional Bräuhaus in the Munich suburbs of Haidhausen; not really worth the visit, even though the beers are not too bad........

I was there on a Sunday afternoon and it had a nice quiet suburban feel, probably because there were only a few other folks there. Beers are seriously good. The helles was one of those beers that just gets exponentially better the more you drink it. Another good place to go to avoid the craziness in the centre.

Good basement cellar and a nice garden out back. When we were there last, the main room was the only one open and we were only one of two parties inside so it was a bit sad, and the beers were also depressing. Still, it is worth the walk out here to this different part of Munich and I look forward to drying the Unimator next time.

very nice place with hops in evreywhere (not so much in the beer). I don’t like hell style but i drink 4 hell in an hour and half...not so bad eventually

stopped by late during octoberfest. Down in the basement. Two beers available on tap a helles & a dunkel. Dunkel was decent but helles sucked. probably fun place when busy. slow this night

A nice spot on the east side of town, walking here gives you some time to cool off and enjoy the parks near the river. Beerwise they had the dunkel and the helles, both good, and foodwise we enjoyed schnitzel as well as spring and cheese on white asparagus on toast. Staff was courteous, most likely because they don’t see as many tourists as all of the major spots in central Munich. Beirgarten in back is well shaded with lots of trees and bushes and a rock gravel floor. Very nice.

A nice, open bavarian brewpub. Upstairs was quiet during the afternoon, with dried hops all along the ceiling. Service was a bit gruff, but thats to be expected, I guess. The beer: very nice, overall. Nothing too outstanding or original, but very enjoyable. Be sure to head downstairs to the brewery to check out the interesting brewing system. Overall, an awesome place to drink and hang out and also avoid the Marienplatz mayhem.
