Easy to find place in Eindhoven, not far from central station. Eindhoven’s first brewpub! Nice interior with places to sit at the table or at the bar. Decent pub food, different cheeses and those sort of snacks to choose from 3-8 euros. Very good quickly changing tap and bottle selection, always six of their own beers on tap which most of the time are very good. Something new to try every week. Highly recommended! Top notch!

Absolutely spectacular place. Easy to find (Eindhoven is small). Interior is modern & interesting. Seating is a bit odd & not super comfortable (except for the couches which looked great). In general it had its character & I like modern bars. Service was super friendly, accommodating & helpful. They answered all question, they clearly made sure that you didn’t need to wait too long, that everyone got the advice needed etc. Very friendly,… Really good service. Selection was fascinating, erratic, covering a multitude of countries, breweries, all interesting, eclectic & apparently hugely varying on top. It was to choose even. Draft prices were very good, bottle prices were a tad pricy but agreeable overall. Good draft prices balanced it out. Selection is apparently hugely rotating. So much interesting & quirky beers to try. They had 24 taps, about half of them theirs. I find their beers to be hit or miss but some were quite lovely & all were interesting to try. Other half was eclectic & included a bunch of Pizza Port beers upon my visit (remains from a tap take-over), interesting small Dutch beers. They offered tasters of everything. You could also get a tasting tray (you couldn’t choose the beers), that one was meant more like an introduction to their stuff I noted. Music was varied, most of it new to me but I actually heard a Django Reinhardt at one point as well as the Beatles & Mos Def. Didn’t inquire about food. Really amazing place, one of the best I have ever been to. I kind of need to come back here.

Visited at one of the last days in december 2014. Located just a little outside the city centre, this is one of the best places you can go to in the southern parts of the Netherlands. The bar is great with some realy nice stuff on tap. Off course their own beers are good and some more than just good. And they also have beers from other brewers as well as a more than decent bottle list. Atmosphere is nice, friendly people and helpful staff. Will definately visit again. For raters; you will always get new ratings overhere. Didn’t got to the food, just the cheese plate, which is ok.

Modern bar. Only 3 beers of their own availlable when we visited. Prices are ok, selection could be more but it’s ok.
Visited many times by now. Many van Moll beers on tap and most of the time some interesting bottles. Also a lot of events like tap takeovers.

Visited on a sunny thursday afternoon, before the preliminary Europa Leauge game of PSV vs St Polten. Big spacious interior, mostly in industrial style. Stylishly decorated with art instead of the regular old brown bar beer parafernalia. Relatively small bar with tap handles in the back, which gives you the chance to talk to the barguy, instead of watching against some shiny tubing. Nice selection from tap and from bottle. They had 6 of their own beers when I visited. All the beers are not your usual suspects, but carefully selected. Wide range of styles and breweries. Very knowledgeable and interested staff. Would love to see it on a more crowded night. And would love to see them serving some small plate food, pref burgers. Beer-wise, it’s a wonderful place always.

Great looking pub. Somehow it looks quite modern, but at the same time a bit oldskool. 6 taps with their own beers, 6 with other brews (some of those quite special). I think they have about 30 bottles for sale and they plan to rotate the selection a lot. When that happens, my selection score will be upgraded.
I can’t really judge their food yet. Yesterday there were ’bitterballen’, but I think that was a special thing. I’m not sure whether they are planning on serving food on a regular basis.
The staff is very nice and they are interested to know what you think of their beers. Since yesterday was their opening it was pretty crowded and I thought that maybe they could use more chairs and tables in their pub (I hate standing). But then again, I guess there’s enough available chairs and tables on regular days.
I also think it’s cool that they don’t serve anything from big brands. Want cola? You’ll get cola, but it won’t be Coca Cola. Want a pilsener? Sure, but you’re not getting Heineken or Bavaria. It may be a bit hipsterish, but it’s cool. They care about craft products - from their beers to their softdrinks.
Pricing is decent, although I must say that I was a bit shocked by the price of their own bottled beer. The ’Ons Blackie’ was 12,5 euro’s, their ’Scheepsrecht’ was about 11 euro. They’re worth it, but I expected them to be a bit cheaper since you’re drinking them right at the source, which cuts transport costs and stuff.
Great brewpub! Looking forward to see how it will all work out the next few months.

Finally the long wait is over! A neat place in the centre of Eindhoven. An old office building which now functions as a brewpub (brewing is done in the cellar and the 1st and 2nd floors are used for tables and chairs for the people to enjoy their beers and the 2nd floor holds the bar, DJ bar and toilets.
The selection excists of 12 taps of which 6 are rotating taps and the other 6 are Van Moll taps (also rotating).
They have a bottle selection of 40+ at the moment. I was told that the bottle selection will also be rotating and might be growing a little more. There’s no beer menu in the form of books or lists on the tables or bar, but there are magnetic strips hanging from the wall above the taps with what is available on tap or in bottles.
Service is friendly, very nice, in for a chat, with a smile and they try to serve everybody beer at the same speed. When it’s crowded it might take some minutes longer for you get your order, but assuming that you get a good beer from the tap it shouldn’t be too much of a problem. Everybody is coming for the same. Prices are between normal to a little more expensive. 10-12 Euro for a bomber of their own brew is a bit expensive but it is absolutely worth your money!
They are working on lots of local things, like local food promotion. There’s no kitchen/food-card, but they got/or did have handmade fish bitterballs and different cheeses.! But they will get some local food promoters in the future that will be selling their different selections of food.
There’s nothing bad to add to this review, so get your ass over here and start drinking Van Moll! ;-)

What a nice brewpub in ugly Eindhoven. Great portfolio, from tap and from bottles. Friendly service. Prices can be steep, but the quality/price ratio is OK. Feels spartan and Industrial. Recommended.
