When I visited: Late May 2013. What I had: Grand Slam Baseball Ale, Karlswalde Russian Imperial Stout, and Bombay Grab IPA on tap, several glasses of Ca’ del Sarto Pinot Grigio for my girl. What I liked: Intimate pub atmosphere, super friendly bartender, solid range of styles on offer, beers are average to good in quality, cheap prices ($3.50-$4.50 pints), had a nice chat with one of the patrons. What I disliked: None of the beers blew me away, no bottles or guest taps from what I could tell, server was pleasant but didn’t seem to know much about the beers. Would I go back? Yes. This place is too much fun to pass up. It’s not a beer geek haven, per se, but it’s certainly worth a visit if you find yourself in Burlington. Overall Rating: 80

Stopped in for lunch and some beer. Was overly crowded. Had a six beer flight. Was not impressed. Most of the beers I tried were way under carbonated and average. Was expecting way more from the hype. I'm sure this place was great in its prime, but was one of my least favorite stops on my trip. Service was good, food ok, and beer was eh.

Greg Noonan est l’un des pères de la bière de micro-brasserie. Ici c’est son temple, plus près d’un sports bar par contre. Les bières sont bonnes mais pas excellente et la bouffe est grasse. Un endroit à ne pas manquer, un classique.

Large brew pub. Average ambiance more of mid road. Sat at bar had their sampler. They offered water with lemon with out asking. Friendly service. Nice to see samplers. Beer was ok to good.

Stopped in late afternoon on a Thursday, place was pretty quiet. I like the old pub look and feel. Staff was attentive and nice enough. Decent selection of their beers on tap. None of the beer we had was outstanding, but none of it was bad either. Wouldn’t have to twist my arm to go back, but there a lots of better beer options in the area.

Stopped in for lunch before heading to the airport; sat in the bar. Not very busy on a Friday afternoon. Had about a dozen beers on tap, including 2 "experimental" brews. Great prices ranging from full pours for $5, to 3 oz tasters for $1. Great service as well - very friendly, helpful, and somewhat knowledgeable. Food was so so. Beers, unfortunately, were also so so, but all in all an interesting place.

2013-04-28. Stopped for a sampler tray. The beers were mostly a bit disappointing with a few standouts. The bar was stuffy and overly warm due to the nice weather outside. Our waitress was good but the other staff were not super friendly so we weren’t in a hurry to stay longer. Decor is dark and pubby. Decent sized patio outside was quite busy that day. We did not eat but the food looked decent. Overall a kind of meh experience but we were glad we stopped in. Both the Monday night visit, and the experimental one off were better. It was probably our favorite beer of the bunch. Worth a stop, and glad we went but we enjoyed other places in town much more.

Stopped in for a Saturday night dinner. The place was busy and our waiter was too bad. In a collage town with collage kids as most of the staff you got to expect a certain level of inattentiveness. That being said not bad service. The food was standard pub fare and nothing memorable. The beer ranges from slightly below average with the exception of a few real nice small batch brews. The Wee Heavy and Sour/ Wild ale being on the above average range. My buddy really enjoyed the Wee Heavy. I had both ESB’s that were offered and enjoyed the Dogbite bitter. We stopped back after hitting the main stops in town. At about 11:45 PM. The bartender was in control of the bar and was knowledgeable of the brews. She was also friendly and cracked a few jokes as well. She made us feel right at home. My overall option is good. I will return here on my next trip to Burlington.

I feel like this place was once upon a time on the cutting edge of brewing beers and ambiance, but now it has become a bit of an institution and thereby lost its edge. It is by no means bad, but some of the beers were pretty disappointing and the vibe is like a microbrewed Applebee’s.
