La sélection de bières est toujours intéressante, spécialement avec Dunham qui s’impose de plus en plus. La menu est pas très étoffé mais c’est efficace et souvent excellent. L’été avec la terrasse c’est quand même un endroit unique.

Went on a Saturday afternoon with son and 2 friends of mine. Ambiance is good, typical urban Montreal bar. Service was OK but we felt a bit of impatience from our 1st waitress on undecided customers over the wide selection of products; 2nd waiter was more kind and smiling. Great selection of Quebec’s best microbreweries on tap. Very pleasant place.

Good selection: 33 taps, most of them where Dunham and Trois Mousquetaires beers. A little noisy but good ambiance. Service was good even if it was crowded. Not a huge selection of food, but fries were good. Price are reasonable. Nice place to go in Montreal.

Visited on Saturday 3rd March 2012 fairly late around 22.30/23.00. Good vibes, busy but service held up well. Good selection, 2 cask lines, no dud beers here. 40% or so of those on tap were from Dunham. Really enjoyed our 2 or so hours here, wish we’d cut away from DDC way earlier - this place is way ahead of DDC for choice, service and atmosphere!

Stopped here on a Monday afternoon for a handful of samplers. Very good selection of Quebecois brewers, almost all sessionable beers. Prices are $14 for a 6-beer sampler, which we did 2 of. Service was good, though I would expect so on a quiet Monday afternoon. I’d say a must-hit when in Montreal.

Of all the places I’d been in Montreal so far, this was the most modern, upscale and hipster. They still did frites and beer very well. I love being able to get a glass of beer (as opposed to a pint) anywhere in the city, but hate the information design of the menus! Brewery first, then beer name, dammit! That said, the waitstaff was very friendly, quick and pleasant. I thought the selection here was less enamoring than Le Saint Bock, but still very nice to see a solid focus on the regional beers, if some prominent members were missing in my opinion.

One of Canada’s great pubs. Always solid list of QC brews, great atmosphere, food is always nice. Only small complaint is that you have to leave your credit card to run a tab. I’m there for 4 hours drinking pints and eating, and they don’t trust me to pay up? Anyway, small beef that won’t get in the way of a great experience.

What a great place to drink, visited for an extended session, had 15 of the 33 offerings on tap from Quebec micros. Our waiter was really great and we had the smoked meat sandwich "the classic" if you visit from outside Quebec I think you have to order that. The Quebec brewers have not ingested the hop mania that the US is currently in the midst of. I attended a real ale festival in SE Michigan a couple weeks ago and half of the 26 casks were Ipa or imperial Ipa. Had a great cream ale here, lots of good selections, this is a must visit. Also near the metro.

Plaisant, bonne sélection mais un peu confiné à certains brasseur, service un peu dépassé par la demande, j’ai eu de bonne frite belge.

Student orientated bar with two rooms on the #55 Blvd Laurier bus route. Good selection of taps with beers from Quebec breweries (although not obviously any from Montreal). The servers proved knowledgeable although it would have been useful to have had a beer menu. Small range of pub food. The fries were excellent and good value.
