Nice beer bar located in Montreal. Cool, woody pub atmosphere. The bar was absolutely packed when we were there so we drank standing at the bar. Tons of attentive waiting staff and nice bar tenders. They offer sample flights which is nice for an American becuase I’ve never even heard of half these breweries. Nice selection of pales, ipas, stouts and one or two ciders while we were there. Would go back again. Strong rec if you are in montreal.

Great place in the northern part of Montreal. Great selection with Dunham, Dieu du Ciel and Le Trou du Diable on tap. Service was good, except I hate the Montreal tradition of the servers constantly asking for patrons to settle the bill. Nice friendly and mellow crowd inspite of the age group which is relatively young. Taxi service is nearby so leave your car at home (or your hotel), so you can try as many as you can handle. BTW If you do drive, keep in mind that the cops here are dicks (especially officer Silverman, unit 548, AKA Le Pee-hole). Careful how you drive, and where you park.

Un choix impressionnant en bières, peu importe le moment où vous y allez. Le service est bon, on répond à vos questions et on prend son temps si le bar n’est pas plein à craquer. Moins de variété pour la nourriture, à mon avis, mais c’est bon.

Great tap hall for Quebec beers. Has a much better tap list than Saint Bock usually and the best place to try a bunch of Charlevoix, Dunham, Trois Mousquetaires and others on tap. They don’t have any bottles here - strictly a draught bar. The back patio is very nice in the summer. They do sampler flights as well.

Montreal’s best bar, a bit out of the way (it is just west of Dieu du Ciel). A cute little pub, right next to a kids’ playground. It has a beautiful outdoor terrace which is shaded by trees. But the reason to come here is the beer. 33 taps, all brewed in Quebec, and a variety of brewers and styles represented. They offer samplers, 10 oz, and 20 oz pours. They do have a food menu which is short- mostly sandwiches, pizza, appetizers, cheese plate. Not as good as similar food from other Montreal brewpubs but it’s decent enough. Even though I prefer brewpubs, this was a great stop as I could sample many Quebec beers not available to me otherwise.

probably the best beer bar in the world to sample the widest variety of quebecoise beers. in the summer, the back yard is wonderful. in the winter, after skating at parc jarry, it’s warm and inviting. since they expanded, it’s a lot easier to get a seat. good prices. attentive waitstaff.

40+ taps, the quesadilla ROCKED, the staff was helpful and let me try 4 different saisons before I commited to one I liked. The cigarette smoke from the back patio filled most of the bar but that’s the only down side.

La sélection de bières est toujours intéressante, spécialement avec Dunham qui s’impose de plus en plus. La menu est pas très étoffé mais c’est efficace et souvent excellent. L’été avec la terrasse c’est quand même un endroit unique.

Went on a Saturday afternoon with son and 2 friends of mine. Ambiance is good, typical urban Montreal bar. Service was OK but we felt a bit of impatience from our 1st waitress on undecided customers over the wide selection of products; 2nd waiter was more kind and smiling. Great selection of Quebec’s best microbreweries on tap.
Very pleasant place.
