Not sure how I didn’t rate this the first time I visited, but just there again. "charming" is definitely the right word. I believe they have a ’normal’ selection for the region of the more common Belgian beers, but as they’ve been Orval ambassadors for a long time running, I see no reason to order anything else. The bottles we got this time were ~2 months old, which I believe is as fresh as possible. One of those cozy places that encourages enthusiastic, Orval-fueled conversations (which on this visit ranged from Finnish baseball rules to the Higgs Bosun). All in all - Bouillon is an absolute gem of a town that loves its beers which makes up for any shortcomings in vast beer selection.

Charming little restaurant(ok to just drink) with good local food and an ok beer list - disappointingly nothing from local breweries except the omnipresent Rochefort, Orval and Achouffe. Opposite the Marche de Nathalie beer shop.
